Green Turtle 20 in Coco is an elegantly appointed 2-bedroom, 1-bath condo that offers the perfect blend of comfort, style, and convenience. Thoughtfully furnished and tastefully decorated, this inviting retreat features a bright open-plan living area, a fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances, and two cozy bedrooms designed to ensure restful nights. The condo is nestled within a charming complex that includes a beautiful swimming pool surrounded by lush tropical landscaping.



This unit is located in the Green Turtle complex at the edge of the Las Palmas neighborhood. Despite its location, the complex is just a 5-minute walk to the beach and the Pueblito plazas, which are right across the street from the beach. In Pueblito North and South, guests can enjoy various restaurants, a coffee shop, a grocery store, and a newly opened bar called The Wave, which has become quite popular. For more entertainment and shopping, guests can take a 10 to 15 minute walk to downtown, where a vibrant selection of shops, restaurants, cafes, ice cream parlors, beach bars, and grocery store chains await.

One bedroom has queen bed, and the other has a double bed, televisions, air conditioning and lots of storage space in attractive wooden furniture and closets. There’s also a TV and A/C in the family room, and Wi-Fi throughout the unit. The bathroom has wooden cabinets and granite counters.

The living room has a brand-new couch with a daybed, along with nice wooden furniture. The entire condo is newly painted and has nice views of the garden and pool.

The fully stocked kitchen has a full-size refrigerator, stove with oven, microwave, coffeemaker, toaster and kettle. It has wooden cabinets and granite counters, plus a small kitchen island. A square kitchen table seats four.

This 600-square-foot condo is located on the second floor. It has a balcony with wicker furniture, table and chairs overlooking the pool area.

Your rental will be stocked with a welcome basket of coffee, coffee filters, salt, pepper, soap, shampoo, conditioner, toilet paper, paper towels, cooking oil and Costa Rica’s famous Salsa Lizano.

Supplies Provided: Our property is priced competitively, with discounts available for longer stays. This is based on the understanding that the condo is equipped with a limited starter pack, including a few rolls of toilet paper, one roll of paper towels, a sponge, dish soap, hand soap, trash bags, and basic cleaning supplies. Please note, shampoo is not provided. Once these initial supplies run out, it is the guest's responsibility to restock them as needed.
