This house was absolutely the perfect place for our extended family to experience Costa Rica for the first time. Large rooms, with attached bathrooms for each made it a very comfortable stay. Many hours were spent in the gorgeous pool, and the kids loved the water slides in the neighborhood. The view at sunset was spectacular. Would stay again in a heartbeat!

Our house manager, Alex, was extremely helpful and attentive. He was available at any time and responded immediately to any questions that we had, no matter how small. All of the staff at Zindis were friendly and helpful at all times. The concierge, Javier, help us with suggestions for excursions and booked exactly what we wanted.

Beautiful home with ocean view

My family really enjoyed Casa Ilan Ilan. The view from the pool is amazing and the house was very clean. Zindis helped us arrange activities in the area which was nice.

What an amazing property! We had a fabulous time in this wonderful house. Huge bedrooms and bathrooms and a spacious house all together. The view is unbeatable. And the pool is relaxing and beautiful.

Perfect house!

We had such a lovely time at Casa Ilan Ilan! Slept all 11 of our family comfortably. Immaculately clean house, well appointed kitchen, gorgeous bathrooms, comfy beds, perfect pool, ridiculous views! This was the perfect base camp for a week of adventures.

Great Location and Wonderful View

The location was perfect. We loved the pool and the breath taking view. We had Chef Gerson come in to cook for us and he and his wife were wonderful. We loved Roberto's for lunch and dinner and as a place to set up on the beach. The house and pool were wonderful and we felt very safe. Milena was always quick to help if we needed anything.

Amazing time in Playa Hermosa

Casa Ilan Ilan is a fantastic property and our group of 11 had a wonderful stay. The house is equipped with everything you need to have a stress free vacation and the layout is extemely accomodating for a large party. The view from the pool was beautiful and our group ate most meals out on the patio. We will definately be back!

We had an excellent time. Had a pet Pedro the giant iguana that lives in the large tree and would come to visit the pool and greeted us upon arrival. House was amazing and pool was even better. Definitely a highlight of the trip.

ABSOLUTELY AMAZING

1st time visiting Costa Rica and Zindis Group made our booking and planning very easy for us. The house was perfect. The views and the pool were wonderful. The property was extremely clean. The location couldn't have been better. Close to the beaches (Playa Hermosa was our favorite), close to the airport, excursions, and waterfalls WE WILL BE BACK!!!

Breathtaking View Casa IIan IIan

Casa Ilan Ilan was a fantastic home for our group of 10, 4 adults and 6 kids, the view was breathtaking. The support from Josh and Edgar doing our stay was simply the best always their for support in planning our excursion and activities. The location is great for fabulous restaurants, beaches, zip lining etc. I would highly recommend you and your family stay at this fantastic home. We will be back John

Perfect Vacay!

The house and pool are gorgeous and the view is even better than the pics. We enjoyed beautiful sunsets in the infinity pool. An adorable 4 foot long lizard visited us a few times--we have great video of him drinking from the pool! The beaches and restaurants were wonderful. We plan to return next year! Thank you for amazing memories. : )

Playa Hermosa house

We loved our stay at Ilan Ilan. The view was spectacular and the location was convenient. Having a car was definitely a plus. You could manage without one but we used it everyday to go to the beach or to dinner. The steep climb up the hill to the house would have been tough on foot. We would stay there again in a heartbeat.

Lovely villa

My review is late, we stayed Nov 2022. We loved our stay here. Everything was clean and just as advertised in the listing. The management team was great upon arrival and very easy to get a hold of for needed help. We loved Playa Hermosa - what a beautiful beach! - and the restaurants in the town! We did go in rainy season and it could be a little chilly - we wish we would have had more hot water, the showers were always luke warm which I imagine in the warmer months isn't an issue.

Beautiful home, great property management!

We had a large group getting together for the week, ages 5-70+ and this location was great. Every room was an en-suite, and the King bedroom on ground floor was great for my mother-in-law to avoid stairs. Everything was as described, pool was pristine, AC all worked and great kitchen to gather and cook in. The house is towards the top of a hill, buy transportation is always happy to come to the door. Everyone felt very safe the entire time and on-site Zindis management was great, super responsive and helped with ideas for our stay, dining, etc.

Unbelievable experience! Highly recommend Casa Ilan Ilan

Loved Casa Ilan Ilan. My group of 8 had a tremendous experience with this house and the staff here in Playa Hermosa. The views are just out of this world from the house, the location is convenient to some great restaurants, beaches, and shops. All activities provided through Tico Tours were amazing, from zip lining to whitewater rafting, catamaran, canopy tours, and ATVs. This was a perfect vacation and this was a perfect house. Couldn't be happier with our decision to stay at Casa Ilan Ilan. Zindis Group was absolutely fabulous to work with from booking to departure. Thank you!!

Best Place in Costa Rica

From the time we booked this beautiful home the service was spot on. Every question was answered in a very timely manner as well as booking activities ahead of arrival and after arrival. All expectations were exceeded including the house location, cleanliness, supplies and timeliness of all booked services (and we had a lot). Ian was above and beyond accommodating with extras we added on after arrival. Trash was picked up on a timely basis and pool cleaned daily very early in the am before sunrise. We absolutely loved this property’s location to restaurants, beaches and shopping. Thank you Zindis

Great Family Gathering Place

Casa Ilan Ilan was our Home for a week family vacation in Costa Rica. Three family groups left Pittsburgh, Washington DC, and Austin for relaxing in the sun and experiencing a new location. This Home and location were perfect for us. First the home: -Fantastic View -Spacious bedrooms and baths -Fully stocked kitchen with plenty of utensils and service ware -Pool - great for all ages and swim abilities -CLEAN - CLEAN - CLEAN —— immaculate inside and out Activity Recommendations: -Fishing - Tio Albany on Playa Hermosa beach took several of us out for sport fishing and sightseeing. Fantastic- he even arranged for our catch to be prepared for dinner on the beach in the evening -Shopping - Hidden Garden Art Gallery - near the airport - 6-7 rooms works by Costa Rican artists and others living locally -Zipline and Animals - Diamonte Eco Adventure Park

A week in paradise

Just spent a fabulous week at Casa Ilan Ilan. This was our third trip to Costa Rica, and we rate it the best. The home was fabulously furnished with the latest appliances and all the bells and whistles. The 4 bedrooms each had their own bathroom and opened to the length of the house balcony. The outside area is awesome. Facing the ocean half way up the mountainside, there is a large covered seating area next to the ample sized infinity pool with a grassy area to sit at and enjoy the sunset. Eating, groceries, restaurants and beach are just down the hillside and makes for an enjoyable and adventurous daily walk. We hope to return back to the same spot for years to come.

Exceptional House and Location

Casa Ilan Ilan is better than pictured. The house was perfectly clean and well appointed in every way (down to tissue boxes and pump hand soaps in bathrooms). Air conditioners worked well. Didn't see any critters inside the house (of great importance to a few of our traveling party). The pool is awesome, especially if you have little ones as the shallow entry area is relatively big. Playa Hermosa was an excellent location if you want a bit more of the off the beaten path location. Slightly bigger Playa Coco area with its grocery store, restaurants, touristy shops, etc. is a curvy 15 minutes down the road. We stayed during the 3 week "Little Summer" in July and had NO rain. Absolutely loved Costa Rica and will definitely be back.

Beautiful House on a (Very Steep) Hill

We had a lovely time at Casa Ilan Ilan! The pool and the views alone made our time there magical. The bedrooms were comfortable, the kitchen and dining area was easy to use and inviting, and the staff was responsive and helpful. The house is on top of a steep hill that gave us our daily workout but is about a 10 minute walk to a grocery store and 20 minute walk to the beach. There were a few nice restaurants within walking distance as well. On the last day we found a scorpion in the bathroom; not sure how that got there! Other than that the house was free of creepy crawlies.:) Finally, the Zindis group helped with arranging a transfer from the airport to the house and also transport between the house and a tour we went on. Made it very convenient! Would highly recommend.
