Holidays in Hermosa Heights.

Beautiful vistas and quiet location for a family holiday vacation. The pool is great. The home is great even if it is a bit tired. Having the large capacity washer and dryer is a nice bonus.

What an Amazing Place!!!

This is an amazing place to stay, if you are going to Costa Rica. Close access to multiple beaches and close drives to a multitude of activities. Whether it is 2 people of 6+ people, this house delivers with comfort, beauty, and functionality.

Relaxing in Playa Hermosa

Casa de los Seunos was a fabulous house. The two master bedrooms made it perfect for two couples to share. The view is amazing and we loved are daily visits from the birds.

Excellent Home and Experience

Everything was terrific about this house and stay, including the wonderful views, house space, outdoor grill & pool, and great communication with the property manager when we had questions. Our family of 5 with young kids enjoyed it and felt safe, thanks to the on-site security and gated community. Would definitely recommend!

Beautiful House and View of Ocean!

Our family of five had a great time at this beautiful home overlooking the town and ocean. Only let down was jacuzzi is not heated, which would have been great for the cloudy/rainy days when it was too cold to get in the pool. We used the bbq twice during our four night stay and they had everything needed to make a great dinner. Highly recommend!

Amazing location and house

We had an amazing time at this beautiful house and a beautiful part of Costa Rica. The description on the listing was 100% accurate. The views from the infinity pool were amazing. The support staff, house manager, concierge, service, or a top-notch. Would love to come back with family once again.

Wonderful Vacation

Casa de los Suenos was an AWESOME home. The view was gorgeous. The listing was completely accurate and the house had everything we needed and even things we didn't know we needed. Our house manager, Alex (through Zindis) was AMAZING. He went above and beyond to make sure our stay was wonderful. The house was in a great area, close to restaurants and activities, was in a gated community and the house had an alarm, we felt completely safe at all times. I would highly recommend staying at this beautiful home. The Zindis group was great and added to our enjoyment of our stay.

Great house, awesom views and excellent location. The two master bedrooms worked great since we had two couples. The western art made us feel at home away from Texas. The Zindis group was great to work with from sponsoring the home to recommendations for restaurants and adventures. Would definitely stay again.

Must Stay!!!

Casa de Los Suenos is a fantastic home not to be missed. The view is gorgeous, the pool is amazing and the inside of the home is very comfortable and spacious! Everyone at Zindis was accommodating and gracious, especially Milena. You can’t go wrong if you choose this home for your stay in Playa Hermosa.

Winter getaway


Villa de Los suenos is well equipped and has excellent views of the ocean. It is located in a gated community and is close to several excellent restaurants and amenities. It is a shade lovers paradise as the position of the house allows for hours of shade - if you want to soak in the sun, you will need to spend a lot of time in the pool or choose head to the beach which is a short walk away.

Incredible!

We loved this villa and will definitely return! My husband and I, our 2 college aged daughters, and my parents all came for spring break. This place was perfect! We felt very safe in the gated community, and spent a lot of time at the property. It was extremely luxurious and the infinity pool was breathtaking. Location is close to groceries and beachside restaurants. Can’t wait to come back!

Amazing views!

This place is amazing! There is nothing better than going out on an excursion and settling into your own pool. The bedrooms were spacious and every room had their own bathroom. The three couples were able to have their own space but yet comfortably hang out on the deck or around the dining room table. Would definitely do this again.

We Love This House and Area

We (three adult siblings) had a wonderful time staying at this beautiful house. It has a luxurious and classic vibe, not the super modern and sterile style that has become so abundant these days for homes and certainly a home that has everything to make you feel at home. The property management office is at the entrance to the community (and so is the spa!), which was nice when picking up keys.

Simply Beautiful

My visit was in Mid December; the house was beautiful! There was so much natural light coming in from the many windows and the view from the upstairs bedroom I was in was amazing! This home is in a quiet, gated community and within driving distance to other eventful places such as the Congo Trails for zip lining and Sun Burst Coffee as well as a good walk down to the nearest beach. Great home at a great location, I highly recommend the stay.

Amazing!!

The house was immaculate. The staff at Zindis Group. Was also amazing and very helpful. I would like to give a shout out to Paula. In addition, the coffee shop right outside of the neighborhood had a great breakfast and owner was an amazing guy. Perfect location with easy access to great restaurants and the beach. I definitely recommend staying here.

Costa Rican Paradise

Our family of 4 stayed a week in this beautiful 3 bedroom home. It is spacious with tremendous views from every room. It has leather furniture throughout. We enjoyed grilling by the pool while watching exquisite sunsets. The evenings are quiet as this cove has a curfew. But, for night life it is only a ten minute drive to the next cove. It is a short walk/ride to the beach. Stay alert and see the monkeys in the trees.
