Discover this charming house located in the heart of Sarlat-la-Canéda, ideal for a family stay. Just a stone's throw from the town centre and all amenities, it promises you a comfortable stay in one of the most beautiful medieval towns in the Périgord Noir.
Outside the house, enjoy a pleasant and fully enclosed garden, a large 40 m² terrace fitted with garden furniture and a barbecue, perfect for enjoying delicious grilled food during beautiful outdoor days.
From the entrance, you will be charmed by a warm living space, consisting of a cosy lounge adorned with a decorative fireplace and a television, perfect for moments of relaxation after your days of exploration. Extending from this, the dining room will allow you to share delicious meals in complete conviviality. At the back, on the left, a fully equipped independent kitchen will offer you everything necessary to prepare delicious meals: refrigerator, oven, induction hobs, dishwasher, filter and Senseo coffee makers, toaster and kettle.
The house has 3 comfortable bedrooms. On the ground floor, a first bedroom equipped with a single bed (120x190) will be perfectly suitable for an adult or teenager. Just next door, a bathroom with shower, WC and hair dryer is at your disposal.
Upstairs, two large bedrooms are located: one with a Queen Size bed (160x200) and the other, ideal for children, with three single beds (90x190). Each bedroom has its own private bathroom: one with a bathtub and WC, the other with a shower and WC, for optimal comfort.
For added convenience, the house is also equipped with a washing machine, a tumble dryer, a travel cot, an iron, and air conditioning in all bedrooms.
Although there is no private parking space at the accommodation, you will find free spaces in front of the house (Bd Voltaire) or parking spaces at Place Pasteur or behind the school.
