Granite farmhouse between sea and bocage

A very beautiful traditional farm dating back to the 17th and 18th century. The farm was renovated in 2000. It has all modern conveniences and appliances, fully equipped. The house is found in a small ham of 2 houses deep inside the country side. It is surrounded by a private garden of 5000m2, and by fields and mowns where race horses or cows graze. It is an ideal spot for relaxing holidays, and also a central starting point for all journeys to Mont Saint Michel Saint Malô the Cotentin, and even the debarkment beaches. The best beaches are at about 8 to 10 kms. Supermarkets, pharmacy, church, gas station etc. are found at 3kms. The place is ideal for a family with children. We also accept pets, however, while the first pet is free of charge, we charge 10 euros/week for the next pets to compensate for minor devastations in the garden and vegetables. The cleaning fees are of 50 euros.

Sejour très agréable dans la longère de M. Fleury. Nous avons decouvert une superbe région, n'avons manqué de rien dans la maison meme si deux ou trois petites améliorations pourraient à notre avis être envisagées (Réfrigerateur plus grand, lumiere exterieure sur la terrasse...) mais ce ne sont que de details.Par contre l'exterieur et l'entretien du jardin sont reellement à revoir ! D'ici peu la maison va completement être envahie par la végétation et cela est vraiment dommage car une aussi belle batisse merite d'etre mise en valeur. Dernière precison autant les photos de l'interieur correspondent tout à fait à la realite, autant les photos de l'exterieur doivent dater d'au moins 10 ans époque à laquelle le jardin devait étre entretenu......Mais un fois de plus cela reste notre avis et malgré cela nous avons passé de très belles vacances !

We hebben genoten van ons verblijf in La Martelière. Het is een fijne rustige plek. Alles wat je nodig hebt is aanwezig in het huis en de tuin is lekker groot met veel keuze aan schaduw dan wel zon-plekjes om te zitten. We mochten ook genieten van al het lekkers in de moestuin: courgettes, rode bieten en cherry tomaatjes o.a.

Schönes Haus in super Lage, jedoch nicht gepflegt

Die Lage des Hauses ist wunderschön – sehr ruhig, mit tollen Stränden und vielen Sehenswürdigkeiten ganz in der Nähe. Der Garten ist allerdings stark eingewachsen und nicht wie auf den Bildern; nur zum direkten Nachbarn eingezäunt, ansonsten offen. Die Terrassen sind ebenfalls komplett eingewachsen und verwildert. Das Haus selbst ist gut ausgestattet und bietet alles, was man vor Ort benötigt. Die Sauberkeit ließ jedoch zu wünschen übrig: überall Spinnenweben, eine sehr schmutzige Küche (v.a. Dunstabzug und Backofen) sowie Geschirr und Töpfe mit Essensresten im Schrank. Der Kontakt mit Vincent war dafür immer freundlich und hilfsbereit; er war am Wochenende auch selbst vor Ort und hat im zweiten Teil des Hauses übernachtet.

Un superbe gîte dans un écrin de verdure !

Nous avons séjourné une dizaine de jours dans ce gîte et avons énormément apprécié sa configuration atypique (sur 3 niveaux) qui lui donne un caractère singulier avec beaucoup de cachet. Son jardin est magnifique avec une végétation luxuriante et un potager ! Nous en avons pleinement profité ainsi que de la table de ping-pong. De nombreux jeux étaient également à disposition. La télé en revanche ne fonctionnait pas en raison d'une panne SFR mais Monsieur Fleury a tout fait pour tenter de la résoudre. Nous avons trouvé - en définitive - qu'elle avait été salutaire, nous offrant un sevrage tout à fait bénéfique ! Monsieur Fleury est un hôte très attentionné et nous avons été très bien accueillis. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir nous remettre au vert dans ce lieu charmant.

Het is een bijzonder huis, omdat het gedeetelijk in een heuvel is gebouwd. Daardoor beneden lekker koel, ook als het buiten warm is. Heerlijk tuin met veel schaduw.

Erholsame Woche

La Martelliere ist ein sehr liebevolles gemütliches charmantes Ferienhaus, gut eingerichtet und ausgestattet. Der Garten ist groß und überwiegend naturbelassen und steht dem Mieter zur freien Verfügung. Die Lage des Anwesens ist idyllisch und sehr ruhig. Bis zum Strand brauchten wir mit dem Pkw 10 -15 Minuten. Mont-St.-Michel ist in einer halben Stunde und St. Malo, Cancale oder Omahabeach und die anderen Landungsstrände sind in etwas mehr als einer Stunde zu erreichen. Der Kontakt zum Vermieter war nicht persönlich aber über E-Mail sehr gut. Vincent reagierte sehr zeitnah und adäqat und hatte eine kompetente Ansprechperson vor Ort. Wir würden jederzeit wieder dort Urlaub machen

Un petit havre de paix dans la campagne normande

Un très beau gîte de caractère sur trois étages. Nous avons passé un très bon séjour, nous avons facilement pu trouver le logement et nous déplacer vers les endroits qui nous intéressaient lors de notre semaine en Normandie et Bretagne. Une très bonne communication avec notre hôte que nous n’avons pas rencontré mais puisqu’il n’y avait aucun souci, ce n’était pas nécessaire. Encore merci!

Un superbe séjour dans un gîte typiquement normand.

Nous avons été très agréablement accueillis par le propriétaire de la maison de vacances, située dans un endroit très rustique. Nous avions le droit de tout utiliser dans la maison et le jardin, on nous disait : « Faites comme chez vous ». Cela nous a donné une sensation très agréable. Nous te remercions Vincent pour la merveilleuse semaine que nous avons passée chez toi.

Wunderschönes Landhaus

Charmantes, gemütliches, sehr gut ausgestattetes Ferienhaus mit großem Garten. Im Gemüsegarten kann man sich bedienen, was wir auch gern getan haben. Gut gelegen, um den Mont Saint Michel zu besuchen (ca. 30 Minuten). Unbedingt die sehr nah gelegene Abbaye de la Lucerne besichtigen und einen Spaziergang im angrenzenden Wald machen! Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt, nicht zuletzt wegen der sehr netten und fürsorglichen Art von Vincent.

Sehr gemütliches Ferienhaus

Das Haus in Sartilly war sehr gemütlich und liebevoll eingerichtet. Der Garten war sehr schön und geräumig. Der Vermieter war sehr nett und hat uns gute Freizeittipps gegeben. Unser Haus ist sehr idyllisch gelegen, umringt von Maisfeldern und es ist dort herrlich ruhig. Es sind 35 Kilometer zum Mont Saibt Michel und 20 Kilometer nach Granville. Insgesamt haben wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Natur pur!

Wir haben zwei wunderbare Wochen hier verbringen dürfen. Das Haus ist sehr charmant, gemütlich und gut ausgestattet. Der Garten ist ein Traum! Unser Hund war begeistert. Die Lage ist ideal für Ausflüge und ausgedehnte Wanderungen. Monsieur Fleury war sehr nett und sehr hilfsbereit! Vielen Dank, dass wir alles Gemüse und Obst aus dem Garten genießen durften! Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Wir wurden herzlich empfangen und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Bei Fragen oder Problemen war Vincent erreichbar. Die Lage ist ruhig und nur 15 Minuten zum Meer. Im Haus war alles da was man zum versorgen braucht. Internet war top.

Vous aimez toutes les nuances de vert alors cette maison est faite pour vous.

séjour très agréable avec du beau temps donc on a profité de la plage à 20 minutes ainsi qu une agréable foret traversée par un cours d eau avec des sentiers praticables pour un jogging. Un petit tennis de table en famille avant ou après nos expéditions. Par contre très peu de wifi. Un peu galère pour faire du télé travail.

Sehr schöne Gegend und ein toller Strand nach kurzer Autofahrt.

Eine sehr schöne stilvoll eingerichtete Ferienwohnung. Sehr netter Vermieter und absolut zu empfehlen. Un très bel appartement meublé avec style. Très bon propriétaire et hautement recommandé.
