The room wasn't as clean as it could have been. The coffee pot had old coffee in it and the shower wasn't very clean. Also I tried to call down for more towels and no one answered at the front desk. A more responsive front desk staff would have been nice. Other than that it was a decent hotel. The front staff was alright

Khushman was horrible at the front desk and very rude. It almost made me want to cancel my booking and go somewhere else. However it works best for me because of the location of the hotel and price

We had a pleasurable time. Will recommend to anyone. 24 hours front desk service, safety, the staff were polite, very clean, Starbucks in the lobby, restaurant have a good variety, lounge open till midnight, have a wide parking rage, shuttle service available. Swimming pool and the jetted tub were amazing. Felt like home. First option to stay for my next trip.

Mixed bag

A nice hotel with some upgrades. Staff were warm and friendly. Food was good. However parts of the building were tired. Ceiling tiles above shower with bubbled paint, places that need sanding and repainting that are peeling. The worst was all the cement, garbage and debris in the parking lot. The flowers were nice by the main entrance but the grounds around the parking lot were neglected and weeds high enough to block bottom words on sign. The decor inside was unique and interesting.

We go to Saskatoon frequently for medical appointments and this is one of the best places for a convenient quick stay. Staff is friendly, restaurant on site is good food with a good price point. Clean and typically never have issues. If there are issues they are always addressed promptly and professionally.
