The place was very conveniently located, right on the beach. The pool was clean and great and the kids all enjoyed it very much! The rooms were clean and balcony overlooking the ocean was great! However, the furniture needs updating badly. Couch is “bottomless” and not real clean. Only other thing is bathtub is slick on the bottom and hard to keep your balance in when taking a shower. Was afraid my husband and I would fall. Really appreciated the fully stocked kitchen and paper towels, dish liquid, etc. provided and also shampoo and body wash provided in bathroom. Overall nice place!

Clean, cute decor, comfortable indoor furniture, plenty of dishes pans etc. Nice bath towels. Beach chairs were excellent. Loved the view of the pool and beach. A couple of throws would have been nice so we could sit outside in the cool evening. Felt safe, door was secure. Con's: the bed was a nightmare, plastic mattress cover with thin cheap sheets, like sleeping on a sweaty slip and slide. Sheets did not stay on. No coffee filters, only salt and pepper for seasoning, no baggies, foil, plastic wrap and one small plastic container. Beach towels were thin and worn. Deck furniture was poor. No books puzzles or games. (We left some for the next guests and the coffee filters) WE WILL NOT RETURN BECAUSE OF THE BED! Definitely not my normal VRBO experience!

Perfectly Stress Free

The condo was very clean - beds comfortable. Everyone we came in contact with was friendly. The pool was awesome! The ocean was literally right over the pool deck railing. We were worried about our balcony being directly above the pool, but no noise. The condo sliding doors are ridiculously sound proof. We loved it!

We had a great time! The condo was as pictured, clean and love the decor. The property was in a great location. Love that it was right across the street from the grocery store too. Pool was nice and property was well maintained but we spent most our time at the beach which was beautiful!

Quiet location

Views were great from the second floor, and it was nice to have the pool and beach so close. The property was quiet, aside from the occasional dog barking, as it is a dog friendly condo building. Traveled with a child under 2 so it was also nice that a pack and play was provided, and the property manager came right away with a replacement when we found an issue with the first one. Overall enjoyed our stay!

Nice Condo with great views

Condo was as advertised and had everything we needed for our stay . Unfortunately construction on the sea wall was still in progress but we were warned about it . Absolutely Amazing!

We loved this condo and the entire complex! The pool and the beach were so close and made it so easy to access! The condo was EXACTLY as pictured! Peaceful, Relaxing and Quiet! Just a short drive to shops and restaurants. I will definitely be booking again and have already told my friends to do the same! The owners were very attentive and responsive! There is not a single negative thing I could say about the entire property!

It was everything!

This property could not have been more perfect for what we wanted. It’s closeness to the ocean was amazing. The pool was fabulous, as were all of the staff on premises. The condo itself was clean, homey and had all that we needed. I loved the layout with bedrooms on one side and kitchen/dining/living on the other. I also could not have been happier showing up to find the closeness of the condo to elevator and laundry. I spoke to the owners several times and they were extremely accommodating and helpful. It was a lovely week and everything that we had hoped it would be.

Paradise is right!

This condo and its phenomenal views and oceans proximity is fantastic. I just left yesterday and can't wait to go back. The interior was super clean, paint and furnishings beautiful and comfortable. Everything was well-stocked and far better than what I usually find in a rental property. We absolutely loved it!

It was ok

The condo was ok.... the decor was really cool, and the size was great. But, there wasn’t comfortable seating in the living room, nor enough for 4 people, and the bedroom by the deck, had no en-suite. There wasn’t a true master. The guest room had an entrance to a bathroom, but the condo itself is laid out kind of odd. And then the pics made it look like the pool was further away than it is, but you’re pretty much right on top of it. But once you shut the deck door, you can’t hear too much noise. It was quiet at night There was only 1 good coffee cup, so my mother and sister “argued” over it. There isn’t really a beach to speak of, just enough for a quick walk. You can’t put chairs or a canopy out there at all. We had construction going on right next door, so were unable to carry on a conversation at times. We ended up leaving a day early. And mainly given how close the condo is to the water, and the difficulty in just getting to it, And the fact that you can’t put beach chairs out there, I probably would not stay here again.

Great place to stay right on the beach.

Couldn’t get any closer to the beach. Walk way and shower/rinse off area from pool straight to the beach. Not crowded on the beach at all. Only a few steps from the pool to the ocean. Lots of shells for any lookers. Condo was clean and roomy. Didn’t have much extras in kitchen as far as spices or paper products, etc, but could be due to Covid. Beds in each room are big and comfy. All rooms look very nice. They have 2 really nice beach chairs, boogie boards and a small cooler. Publix and Dollar General are literally across the street for anything you need. The deck is nice with a table and chairs. You are right above the pool and there is a great view of the ocean. You can also set on the pool deck for a great ocean view.
