First, I got a message just prior to my check in, too late to cancel or change my trip with rules and a notice that the building was under construction. Upon arrival it wasn’t clear where we were allowed to park with only one tiny unreserved spot available. Resulted in ding in my rental car door. When we got to the unit and pulled out the couch sofa in living room the sheets were full of sand, indicating they had not been cleaned. Found a new set of sheets in linen closet. This sofa in the living room was advertised as a sleeping area, but there were no curtains on the large sliding door so as it’s an L shaped building it meant no privacy. The internet was VERY slow and kept going out. I called and texted the numbers provided. Finally got a text back after several attempts and they apologized for the internet and cleaning issue she said both would be corrected ASAP, but it didn’t happen she didn’t hear back from them until they sent me check out instructions that didn’t even apply to my unit. Additionally, several areas in the ceiling of the unit were stripped down to bare drywall. Overall not what I expected for the price nor compared to other VRBO’s I’ve rented in same area / price range.

Location for what we needed was great. Price was great. Would have given you a 5 star but thy were rebuilding the pool and the path from the building was rough for older people. The unit had some work being done. But we would recommend, especially once all the work is done. You can’t get any closer to the beach.

No, the host was fine and tried to be helpful. They provided tv instruction but none of the instructions actually worked out. For all three TV’s. The condo was “redone” I guess and surfacely tried to make it look good but it’s old and has open areas around outlets and some switches. I would not come back. The fake tile in the bathroom is cracked, broken and peeling off. A very cheap remodel. Furniture is really old and worn and very uncomfortable.

Fantastic place

We enjoyed this fabulous condo for a friend's 50th birthday last weekend! Right on the beach, and restaurants close as well! Irina, our host, was over the top responsive! We will definitely return!

The pictures tell a different tale then what you see when you arrive. The pool isn't closed, it is completely filled in and will never be open. The tree is even gone. They tell you that there is construction on the "lower levels" but your condo is on the lower level. They fail to mention that. Beach access is open. They leave you 4 beach towels for a 6 person room. Same goes for bath towels. They also imply there is a washer and dryer in the condo. There isn't. There is a pay facility around the corner that costs 4 to wash/dry their towels. There isn't really anything within "walking distance". The beach is dirty. Cigarette butts everywhere. Large rocks under the water which make it dangerous to get in the water. My boys left with stubbed and cut feet because they attempted to boogy board. There are 2 chairs to use at the beach. Again this is a room for 6 people with 2 chairs. We had to purchase our own sheets for the pull out bed. I had even communicate d with the owner that we would be bringing one more person. No problem but we couldn't find the sheets. I messaged. Of course no answer for several hours. We finally found the sheets after a trip to wal mart. They were shoved in a dresser drawer. This was the worst experience I have ever had with VRBO. Also, they make is seem like this is privately owned, but after you arrive on the property, you quickly realize this is a property management company. Never a good thing when that is the case.

Just as advertised

Our party of 4 thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Ocean Front beach house. While the building is a bit dated, the unit is updated, beautifully decorated in beach decor and exceptionally clean. Host was quick to respond to questions. We appreciated the little things that were supplied like coffee and soaps. The unit was quiet. Parking was easy and you can’t get closer to the beach. We would not hesitate to come back again.

Beautiful Quaint Condo On the Beach

We scheduled this quick getaway at the last minute! We were so pleased with the location, the easy of getting in and settled and the beach was wonderful! The condo provided enough for us to be comfortable and have the chance to get some R&R. Woke up everyone morning and had coffee on the balcony and watched the sun rise. The sound of the waves is so cathartic to your soul. Highly recommend and host was very communicable and ease to reach. Side notes: there is some construction going on, but never affected us. Nor was there any noise that affected us. Also, there is NO swimming pool. But, we didn’t travel to go swim in a pool, we came to swim in the ocean! Book this condo! You WON’T be disappointed!

Steps from beach

My husband and I had some business in the area and this condo was the perfect way to start the day with beautiful sunrises while drinking coffee on the balcony. We also enjoyed the walks on the beach and the large amounts of shells on the beach.The condo was beautifully decorated, very spacious, and I especially loved all of the plants sprinkled around that made it feel so homey. The host was continuously in contact so if there were any issues or questions they were quick to help.The seawall and stairs were new to the beach so the construction is finished on that and it is indeed steps to the beach.I would return.

We were looking for a place to stay for a week before going to Naples and found this place. It sits right on the beach with a fantastic view and the sound of the ocean waves were fantastic. Communication was great, any questions were answered very quickly. Check in was simple and the place was fantastic with beautiful beach colors throughout the two bedroom condo. My brother lives in Longwood and was able to spend 1 night with us. Check out was just as simple. Overall we truly enjoyed our stay. Thank you
