Birthday Getaway!

This was the perfect place for a getaway to celebrate a milestone birthday with my sisters! We loved the location
 so close to shops, restaurants, fun bars and beautiful Oval Beach. The suite was comfy and perfect for 4! We enjoyed the large outdoor patio for coffee in the am! They even added birthday decor to the beautiful planter outside the door! We will be back!

Fantastic stay!

I spent a week in this seemingly new unit! It was spotless and enormous! Communication with the staff was terrific. The bed was perfect. And kitchen accessories were perfect In the heart of downtown. I'm thrilled to have come across this listing. Highly recommend! Having a dedicated parking space was everything!

LOVED the stay

The rental was closer than we had thought to the downtown area, making our stay so much more convenient. The place was very clean, it was very comfortable, had many small conveniences that I had not expected; dishes, wine glasses, coffee with creamer and sugar and I’m sure there is more I can’t remember right now. Little things that make your stay so much nicer. The property manager answered my questions before our stay promptly. I thought we had a problem with the shower and hot water while we were there, BUT it was literally operator error on my husband and daughter’s parts. But when I messaged the property manager they replied fast, showed up very quickly, after I had figured out the shower myself and attempted to tell them they didn’t need to come. They were very gracious about it. We loved our stay and hope to/plan to do it again some time.

Perfect location

The property is extremely clean and well maintained. Perfect location, right downtown so you can walk everywhere. Excellent Ladybird restaurant right there for a great start to your day brunch. Wish we could have stayed longer but I messed up when I booked. Totally my fault. Loved the place

Great place and location

Everything was good. Like to get information on the little cabins where we stopped to get our key code. The lady there was super nice. There was a crazy car outside we thought we might see Bat Man.

Cozy getaway that’s steps away from everything

Great location that allows one to easily walk everywhere in downtown Saugatuck. Dedicated parking spot was very appreciated and avoided any parking stress. The accommodations were very clean and accurately depicted in listing. Would definitely stay again.

Girlfriend getaway

A group of us stayed at the Grand for a weekend getaway. The property was perfect! Incredibly clean, well stocked, and right downtown. We were within walking distance to all restaurants, shops, and water. Highly recommend this property, 5 stars!!

Comfortable, quiet and convenient!

We loved being able to walk to the shops and restaurants and just sitting on the patio behind the house with our coffee. Wish we could have stayed longer but we will definitely stay here again!

Wonderful place to stay! Great location and pristine

This is a long overdue review, but wanted to share that this is a wonderful place to stay in Saugatuck. Great location just steps away from downtown and the lake. The condo is nicely appointed and extremely clean. Two nice sized bedrooms and a large bathroom. Kitchenette is small but ideal for coffee and preparation of snacks. Staircase to get up to the condo is pretty narrow so that should be taken into consideration if climbing stairs is an issue. A definite five star rating
 we would definitely return!
