Very clean accommodations! Super close to everything you need to see in Saugatuck. The river view was spectacular at dusk!

Street parking was easy, as it was off season. I’m sure in the summer it would be more challenging. Although we managed the stairs, I can see where they may be difficult to those with physical limitations. I’m not sure the stairs were mentioned in listing. We lost power, but the Host was quick to respond and guided us through some troubleshooting.(a breaker was tripped and we were told where to look for it)The room was very clean and perfect size for what we needed.

Fire alarm in our bedroom ruined our first night’s stay completely. Property manager (Ethan) was very responsive and got us relocated to another apartment for second and third nights.We did not know from description that a very steep stairway was going to make access difficult for us.

The location was awesome! The room was clean and comfortable and had a gorgeous view of the Kalamazoo River. We loved everything about it and are hoping to return next year.

Snarky Management

The place was clean. The location was good. And the quality of the unit was good. There is no mention of stairs in the listing, and the second emergency exit is a plummet from a second story window with no fire ladder. But the biggest thing missing was courtesy and kindness. I asked some questions the day before check in, and got snarky answers "The information is in the check-in text". When your guests run out of toilet paper you do not tell them to Google the dollar store. There is also no mention of how noisy it is due to the insufficient windows. So many little things missing, like a dish rack? Really? You can tell it is owned by a company and not by a family. All about profit., no feeling of personality. I also own a rental up north in a vacation place. It is our second home. We think of absolutely everything that a guest could want and we provide it. We want them to feel like for a short time, it is their second home. You do not get this with quaint cottages. I will never stay in one of your soulless properties again.

Saugatuck Get Away

We have been visiting Saugatuck for many years but decided to stay in town a couple of nights and relax. Location is perfect. Right in the middle of everything. Easy stroll to restaurants, shopping and the waterfront. Our unit was very clean and neat. The owner really did an excellent job of providing everything you need. Check in/check out instructions were well written and all went smoothly. Had a wonderful time.

Great Experience

Riverview was a great place to stay! The location was great and we could conveniently walk everywhere. Ethan had great recommendations for bars and restaurants. Our only issue was finding parking and that just shows how popular a vacation destination it is!

Fall weekend trip

My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay in the charming Unit. We used it as a base to visit many of the restaurants and wineries in the area and the trees were breathtaking!

Wonderful and LOCATION LOCATION LOCATION!

We really enjoyed our stay. It was in the heart of downtown so walking to everything was so easy. Even though it is on a main throughway we slept great and didn't hear much street noise.
