This 170 m² single-story cottage has retained its heritage features with original woodwork, a genuine French-style ceiling, and spacious, harmonious rooms. You will have a large 70 m² living area with a lounge, fireplace, library, large flat-screen TV, DVD player, VCR, Bluetooth speaker, free Wi-Fi, board games, and building blocks. The dining room and open-plan kitchen are equipped with a dishwasher, washing machine and dryer, fridge-freezer, microwave, electric oven, two fondue and raclette sets, coffee makers, toaster, and more. Four large themed bedrooms—Baroque, Schoolhouse, Romantic, and Blueberry—will transport you back to bygone days with comfortable beds of 160, 140, and 90 cm (OPTION: linens and beds made upon arrival). There are two bathrooms with heated towel rails and hairdryers, and two toilets. Private parking, shelter, pétanque court, swing, and slide.

This former bourgeois house, located in the heart of France, near the Livradois-Forez Regional Natural Park, will welcome you with its setting, comfort, and warm, relaxing atmosphere. This building, steeped in history and connected to Louis Lépine, is situated 1 km from its charming village and offers a wealth of activities: ideal for sports, relaxation, and exploring nature: hiking, museums, and a family ski resort just 10 minutes away. You will have a landscaped, flower-filled garden (south-facing) with garden furniture, deck chairs, and a barbecue. An outdoor shelter is also available. Children can enjoy the swings and slide, badminton rackets, and pétanque court and boules provided. But also discover the different breeds of chickens and geese in our park, and our goat, Neige… Free tennis and multi-sports court in the village. Meals can be ordered in the village.
