Absolument magnifique 6 chambres et six salles de bains. propriété dort 12 plus j'ai un lit gigogne pour 2 personnes supplémentaires. Situé directement sur la mer. Au centre
situé à 5 minutes de Baby Beach, à distance de marche du restaurant Zeerover. 15 minutes en voiture du centre-ville et 20 minutes en voiture d'Eagle Beach ou de Palm Beach. Tout nouveau avec des sols 3D. Absolument magnifique 6 chambres et six salles de bains. La propriété peut accueillir plus de 12 personnes et j'ai un lit gigogne pour 2 personnes supplémentaires. Situé directement sur la mer.
Oui, vous pouvez marcher si cela ne vous dĂ©range pas de marcher dans la chaleur. Je l'ai fait tous les jours lors de mon dernier voyage, Ă  l'exception du temps oĂč je me suis rendu au phare et en revenant. Apportez de l'eau froide et de l'argent afin que vous puissiez obtenir une recharge est ma suggestion. J'aime marcher / faire du jogging Ă  Aruba aussi souvent que possible, mais cela ne me dĂ©range pas de la chaleur.

I want to provide a review on both the house and the owner Edward, each being amazing! We had 12 people in our group and we never felt crowded. The house was very clean and comfortable and you can't beat being right on the water with your own beach! The only issue we had during our stay was with the airline and not being able to fly home on our original date. I contacted Edward and he was more than accommodating by helping us find a place to stay at one of his properties. Do yourself a favor and book this house or any other property managed by Edward!

I host my O'ahu Retreats Reunion at 2 of the 3 Villas last week. We filled up all 12 rooms and it never felt crowded. All I can say that it was amazing. Everything we wanted, beach, pool and a cool villa with A/C. It was perfect! I would like to do this once a year for my past guests in Hawaii as the girls said they will come back! Thank you!

Tremendous location and host

This property is in an ideal location, great for private beach and pool time but also close to the island hot spots. Host is wonderful, communicates often, and serves his guests well. Clean, well provisioned and maintained. Nothing like floating in your pool while hearing the ocean and enjoying the views. There is also an island 0.2 miles from the house you can snorkel too.

Highly recommend these Villas. The view is unmatched, and the entire house is well thought out and comfortable. Tone and Edward are always there if anything is needed and are very quick to respond.

WOW is the best way to describe our stay. The house, location and views were fantastic. Can't say enough about how well Edward communicated before and during our stay. Always answered our questions immediately. Had no issues with the house. We would definitely come back.

Girls Birthday Trip

I cannot say enough about Edward and his beautiful property. I went with 12 of my girlfriends for my 60th b’day. It was PERFECT ! All the ladies had their own bathroom. The pool and beach were right there with beautiful views. We hired a chef to come in a few nights Xavi booked thru Aruba Hostess and he was awesome. Best trip ever by all. Cheers to Edward. We will be back !!

Beautiful Beach house in Savaneta

We had a great time at Edwards place on the beach! A stunning home that was clean and safe. Edward was a great host and most helpful with any requests we had. The pool was maintained while we were there amd was pristine. We hope to visit again some day!

Villa Filipe is stunning. We were a party of 10 raging from ages 56 to the the youngest of 17. The pictures are exactly how it looks, but seeing it in person was spectacular. The villa was immaculate, had plenty of dishes, cups, glasses and utensils. Edward was very responsive with every question we had. We rented the van that Edward owns which worked out great for our party. You will definitely need a car if you rent this place. The hotel area is about a 25 minute drive. We needed a pizza pan and it was delivered the very next day. Tony who takes care of the property was also very attentive to all our needs. There were a couple of noodles for the pool along with a flamingo float. We did bring a few hammock floats which we left behind for whomever rented Villa 1 next. The villa is walking distance from the flying fishbone and zeerover. We only ate at flying fishbone was delicious. For food we shopped at c mart and super foods. I recommend super foods, they a much larger selection and there shish kabobs were fantastic. There are plenty of lounge chairs to lay around on. We did rent Umbrellas from travel light Aruba which worked out great for shade while sitting on the beach. They delivered them and picked them up the day before we left. The beds were very comfy. The rooms all have an ocean view with the exception of the 1 downstairs bedroom. I can’t say enough of this stunning villa. We will definitely be renting again from Edward. ❀

PARADISE!!

We rented Villa 1 & Villa 2 for a party of 15 people & this was by far the best vacation rental property we have ever stayed at! The location was perfect & the host Edward went above & beyond our expectations! Edward responded within 5 minutes & was very helpful. The villas have EVERYTHING you need and more. Both villas were very clean and beautiful. The pictures do not do it justice. You must try the Flying Fish Bone which is walking distance from the villas. There are 2 local food stores within a mile from the villas. The Super Chow & Better Day Supermarket. Both markets sell food & alcohol. Edward had a 12 passanger rental van & a sedan that we rented from him for the week. He had the vehicles available at the villa which was so convient & much cheaper than airport car rentals. The only con we had with our stay was dealing with the folks that utilized the public pier next to the villas. Since there is no divider between the villas beachfront & the public peir, people would actually come & sit on our beach chairs & we even had people come up on our deck & use our hose & charge their phones. Some even left trash & were cutting their catch on our tables. Once we advised them it was private property, they did leave, but annoying to have to confront them. Toni the property manager was awesome! We will definitely rent the again! If I could give more than 5 stars, I would!

Truly magnificent !

Everything was wonderful. Picture waking up to the sound of the waves crashing on the rocks below the balcony. Edward was super attentive and made sure everything was perfect. Savaneta is relaxing and the dock next door was the perfect location to just relax The beach felt private and the pool was perfect. We will be back in a couple of months it was that good!

Wonderful three night stay!

We were so thrilled to first see this property in person. The views from two second floor balconies and the first floor bedroom are absolutely stunning. All six bedrooms are spacious and each have a very nice bathroom. The property manager was always available and help me out when I locked the safe by mistake. Twelve people would have no problem sharing this property and the pool with its spectacular view. The appliances are a little outdated, but everything worked. We will definitely be back next year!

This property is amazing! Just returned from a week stay in Aruba. I'm so happy I booked this place for our party of 9 adults. Multiple times a day we were saying, "This place is amazing!" The location is beautiful. We returned each night to see the sunset from our beach. We even spent one entire day at the house swimming in the pool and snorkeling in the ocean. The house is well appointed, very clean, and well maintained. They even had toiletries for us to use. In the US I'm used to having to go shopping immediately to purchase trash bags, toilet paper, etc. Everything you need is right there. We were able to begin our vacation as soon as we arrived. Before the trip I contacted Edward several times with questions to help us prepare. He responded quickly each time and encouraged us to relax and enjoy our stay. I don't often repeat vacations, but this is a place that I would want to stay at again.

Girls Week

There was 8 friends enjoying life. We left our husbands home. The Villa was amazing We had a couple minor problems but We contacted Edward and they were fixed instantly. We ate at Flying fish bones that is in walking distance. Get your reservation in early it was an awesome experience and delicious The carnival was going on so we went to the parade. It was beautiful. You can’t go wrong renting your private Villa.
