The master bedroom bath is in need of some repairs, shower heads dont work, wall repairs ongoing, toilet doesnt flush properly. The inside stairs are a major tripping problem loose treads, almost fell going down them. Dishwasher does not work properly. The property is in need of some maintenance. But we made the most of it and enjoyed our stay.Over all the property was nice.

The property was clean, had plenty of rooms and furnished very nicely. There were plenty of restaurants near by. Most importantly was the owner, Shaneka, who made us feel very welcome. On the first night we were there, Shaneka came out to the property and helped us with a problem we were having with the TV. Not too many owners would do that. I highly recommend staying at this home!

If i put what i really want to say, people would think this was a paid review. To keep it short and sweet. It was a great property for family. It accomodated 7 people easily with room to spare. Everyone had their own space and every anost every need was covered. Except for a few personal preferences, we needed nothing. Worth every penny! Thank you!

Wonderful home for large groups!

Eight of us stayed in this wonderful house in Savannah for a week. The homeowner Shaneka was fantastic-very easy to communicate with and made our stay very enjoyable. The location allowed us to make great day trips to Hilton Head and Tybee Islands as well as around Savannah itself. The air conditioning worked great as did jumping in the pool for relief from summer weather. The house has a lot of great space for groups and the bedrooms are well appointed. Highly recommend!

Season ladies getaway!!

I would like to start off by saying that this property could be way better with a little TLC! The cleaning was subpar!According to description it sleeps 16 that’s an over sale! It’s a lot of things that needs to be fixed small holes in the wall, paint scratches, just to name few things.The pool needed to be cleaned better “she did come and put in the pool vacuum” and she asked me to skim the top of the pool however the net was broken. So, I had to fish things out of that pool by hand! The rugs in the house need to be cleaned or replaced, some of the ends are rolling up and are a tripping hazard! The outside furniture needs to be replaced it old! The house needs to be fumigated (it was a bug in the family room ). Also, it was a bed bug in the pink room full-size bed (everyone checked their bed and didn’t find anything) but I pulled the cover back and it was crawling under the sheets! So no one sleep in that bed! I sent a message to the host at 2am and didn’t hear back from her! about my findings! I send her a picture at checkout! The is a nice set up but it needs some TLC! Please reinvest in your business!!

Perfect for our family vacation! The house had everything we needed for our family (children and grandchildren) to enjoy. The kids loved the pool. We took a break in the evenings and watched movies in the theater room. The owner was very responsive with communication. It’s located about 25 minutes from the Riverfront and downtown area of Savannah. It’s about 50 minutes from Tybee island. We were able to order grocery delivery from Instacart. There are even small refrigerators in the theater room and both king bedrooms. That was great for my grandson’s formula. We recommend this place for a family vacation!

Overalls we had a great time. Some of the house appeared to be undergoing repairs and renovation. Our home contact was extremely responsive and helpful. Our only real complaint was we could not use the washer as it wasn’t working. We were a group of friends who were in the road for days and have to pack light, so not being able to wash our clothes kinda hurt. But again overall, it was a great stay!

Nice House, but not without issues

When we arrived, it was cold and rainy. We were unable to access the home upon arrival. After multiple attempts w/ the code provided, I emailed, called and text the Manager who apparently had not reset the entry code. She finally responded and we were able to enter. The home is in a nice residential neighborhood. It has great curb appeal and a beautiful backyard. It was advertised to sleep 16 people, I woud not recommend it for a party that size. Bedrooms have beds & reclining sofas, which I can only assume they are counting as sleeping areas. The theater room has reclining chairs, which which would be the only way to accommodate that many people. There were also not enough plates or silverware for more than 10 guests.This IS NOT your home away from home!! Apparently you are only allowed to have 4 visitors and they must be gone by midnight. We actually went out for adult fun. We had two (teen) family members to come over to babysit our children (ages 10 & 12). We were charged additional person fees for them. We were informed about the guest curfew at that time with a demand for immediate payment or our stay would be canceled!! Additionally, BE CAREFUL!! Although the home is decent, the stairs are loose and seriously need repair. The rugs in the entryway should be removed as well, they pose a hazard for tripping. We didn't have a opportunity to enjoy the pool due to the weather, but I was afraid we would be charged additionally for using it as well. All & allhe ho

Beautiful home!

Nice property, conveniently located off the highway. Some maintenance needed in the house - steps need maintenance (loose boards); tripping hazard. Back yard is nice but not inviting due to weeds, old furniture.

The property was awesome, and the owner was so accommodating. We stayed here from Florida, during Hurricane Milton and it was a perfect location. Close to restaurants, Shopping and Savannah RiverWalk. The house had plenty of room and an amazing movie theatre room. The pool area was very nice. The home has everything that you should need for a nice stay.
