The house itself was great. The unfortunate part is the management company for this property is terrible. I booked this property because it showed a great back patio. we traveled with my 80 year old parents and i needed a place for them to sit and relax. A week before our trip I get an email from Management Company called Vacasa stating that the patio will be locked and we did not have access to it. I immediately called them and emailed them and it took 4 days for this problem to be resolved. The second problem I had with this company was when we got into the house there was about 5 bags of garbage left on the back porch from the previous renters along with a rodent box in plain view under the patio chair. The covers to the patio furniture were left on the floor of the patio as well. I immediately called the management company asking if they could remove the garbage and they told me to walk down the street around the corner down an alley way and throw out. I don't feel I should have to start my vacation by throwing out other peoples garbage. They told me no one could come until the next day. I did not want to leave the garbage outside because I was afraid of rodents so my husband and I threw it all out. Then, on Thursday we had the move the car because they sweep the streets I called the Front Desk Specialist and asked her where we can park the car over night she told me she would call me back and never did. The the owners should hire a different Mang.Company.
