The room was clean but very small. The location of this room on the 1st floor was right next to the exit door to the parking area. So it was noisy. This should be one of the LAST rooms given to guests Brenda in the breakfast area was great. Pleasant and very helpful

What a mess!

Went into the room, it was humid and muggy, smelled terrible, I think it was mold/ mildew. We made it through the night to wake up with everything in our suitcase damp! 2nd morning, fire alarm in our room goes off, pick up the phone to call the lobby, and it doesn’t work! Called from my cell only to be put on hold 4 times before I called and immediately said do not put me on hold and explained. She said it wasn’t notifying them, so it would stop, then had to come up to our room about 30 minutes later to check. I will say that we stayed here before and it was a great stay! This one was not!

This hotel was super clean. There were no odors whatsoever, even though it is dog friendly and we have a dog. Most of the staff were amazingly friendly, and the condition of the room was immaculate.

We liked this property. The only recommendation is to make sure the key opens the hotel room door so that it doesn't require an additional trip to the front desk to ensure the key is working properly. Other than that, it was a great stay.

WARNING: GERMAN COCKROACHES! Within a few minutes of having the AC turned on, a german cockroach scurried across the wall out from it. The air had that very strong, clear roach infestation smell. The front desk guy was professional and helpful, and refunded our stay without much pushback. He did his job well, explored other options first, such as if we would just like to switch to another room, etc, without being overly pushy or making it frustrating, as tends to be the case with asking for a refund. So he specifically gets a review of 10/10. But every other aspect of this hotel gets 0 out of 10. Besides the roaches, the toilet was dirty when we arrived with urine on the underside of the seat and crap marks in the bowl. The toilet paper was not new, but a half-used roll. The sheets bed sheets were not very clean, crumpled and seemed to be unwashed. Do not stay here. The front desk guy should be promoted to a higher end Hilton hotel (I wish I could remember his name, hopefully they can figure out who and at least give him a bonus or raise).
