The hotel is in a convenient area of Savannah. The parking is expensive and the security is a little lax. The room was ok. The amenities were nice and the staff was pleasant.

I’ve never written a review complaining about the staff at a hotel but here we are. Dismissive, annoyed, rude, lacking information, is how I would describe the people we encountered. No water or iron in the room either. It wasn’t a good experience overall.

Clean and comfortable room once we were assigned to an unoccupied room. ( first room we were assigned already had people in it.) Hotel location is easy walking distance to all historical Savannah. Valet parking is $48/day and valet parks car in city park garage next to hotel. We parked ourselves in same city garage for half the price of valet parking.

The room we stayed in had a chair in it with visible stains on it and the carpet was old and dirty. The elevator button console was held on with massive amounts of duct tape. The staff were very friendly and courteous. Breakfast was pretty good.

Location is great..everything else was average..

We loved the location of the hotel, but the amenities could’ve been better. The complimentary breakfast was ok, but the coffee situation was poor. Only one of the machines was working and it took time to get a single cup of coffee. We opted to enjoy breakfast elsewhere. The folks at the concierge desk were very nice but some did not seem to know the area well at all. Rooms were not really cleaned im a timely manner. We would be gone all day and return to a room that hadn’t been serviced yet.
