Our home is your home away from home! It is 2400 sq feet and will accommodate as many as 10 guests comfortably. There are 2 living areas, 3 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, modern kitchen, sunroom/office, and a screened in back porch. The 1st living area has a dining set and sofa bed. The 2nd living area features a large sectional, reading nook, and a 65" Smart TV and ARCADE CONSOLE. The Master BR suite has a walk-in closet and in-suite bathroom. Fully fenced backyard and laundry room as well!

The space

Our spacious home boasts two 65" Smart TV's in the Family Room and Master Bedroom, books & games, full kitchen with all the basics, coffee & tea, writing desk for working or dreaming, stocked laundry room, a nursing chair, an expandable baby playpen, & a bin of toys.

Sleeping arrangements: 1 King BR, 1 Queen BR, 1 bunk bedroom (double on bottom and single on top). Then there is a twin daybed and full-sized pullout sofa in the office, just off of the kitchen and Living Room 1. This accounts for 10 guests. There is even more sleeping space, w/ the leather couch in LR 2 being a pull-out too. There will be pillows, sheets, and comforters for the couches.

Backyard is fully fenced for the kids and fur babies.
During your stay at this holiday home, you'll be close to River Street. Enjoy features like laundry facilities. The holiday home includes amenities such as a kitchen and 2 bathrooms.

The property was as described. There were some issues that were not important to our stay and nothing to bother the owners about. The outdoor screened porch was not as clean as some would like. Dead frog dried up and lots of spider webs and debris around the walls. Again, nothing significant for us as we are not picky. Just an fyi if you care about those things. The owners were responsive and everything else was fine.

Went for my son's wedding and this was our first time using a verbo. Very happy with the space for the family to stretch out and have a little space and quiet time in between activities. The place was huge with plenty of spots. Will definitely book again

The cleaniness and the space was great! We were able to get our work done and not be on top of each other. The neighborhood was wonderful, friendly and quite. I would love to bring my family if I'm able to come back!

Terrific place for groups!

The property was a great place for our group of six ladies. The home was clean and well maintained. It had plenty of sleeping options and lots of space to spread out and relax. The kitchen was well stocked and roomy. It was close to everything we wanted to do. We didn't experience any issues while there, but the Host was prompt in answering questions before we arrived.

Christian was great to work with and was very accessible when we had questions. The property is huge! It’s easily accessible in a working class neighborhood and the neighbors left us alone. Space and location are just what we needed.

Central to all cool stuff

Great place to crash on our trip to Savannah. Close to all the action but very large house to chill for some downtime. Great fenced yard so the dog could come with us. Would recommend to anyone planning a trip!
