Wonderful property and in a great location. Easily walkable to the riverfront and all sights in the historic district. The one-bedroom unit was very comfortable for a couple; we especially enjoyed the full kitchen and living room.
We did have trouble with the elevator the first couple days but communication via text message led us to a lock box that allowed us to get into the front door.
We appreciated the white noise machine because it could get a bit noisy late at night. Bedding was light weight, we would have appreciated a blanket for a couple April nights that got a little chilly.
Would recommend but with some hesitation because of the unreliable elevator.
I have given this property 5 Stars in the past. We love the Diamond Suite and request it, but please adjust the toilet seat so that it sits on the bowl properly. It needed adjustment in September 2024 and still does. Unfortunately, the outside noise level has gone up. It seems like 1 a.m. is the curfew. It was LOUD, and on Friday night, two car alarms went off, which made me wonder if cars were being vandalized. There was an issue with the elevator both times we stayed. We love everything else about this place and will give it another chance.
Beautiful, walkable, historic property in Savannah
Historic Savannah..beautiful property in safe, clean, walkable area. Slightly noisy in evenings due to close proximity of restaurants and bars but sound machine worked like a dream!
Everything was beautiful, and the location is great! I would have liked to have a traditional coffee maker though. It also said that there would be earplugs, but there were none. The restaurant/bar on the corner was extremely loud, so I needed them. When I let them know we didnât have any, they delivered them promptly, so that was nice. Overall, I would totally recommend this property. Parking is not available on property.
4/10
If this were just a review of the apartment itself, it would be a 10! It was beautiful, and in a fantastic location! But⊠unfortunately, there are other considerations. On our first night when coming back from dinner, the elevator wasnât working, and there are no internal stairs. The outside stairs led to locked doors. Their 24/7 help service is basically non existent, as we tried texting the number provided to get a reply that said that help service wasnât working, and calling kept us on hold with no answer. It was well over an hour before someone answered and they were able to unlock a front door, at which point we truly thought we were going to have to find another hotel for the night without any of our things. The rest of the stay resulted in the elevator sometimes working and sometimes not, with a 24/7 help service that is not actually helpful, so we were never sure if we would be able to get to our room. For that reason, we cannot recommend staying here. The review right before ours from Karen worded the experience very well also! My recommendation to Kasa would be to have stairs available at all times to get up to the rooms since it seems the elevator malfunctions a decent amount.
With Kasa & their no-humans/"tech-enabled hospitality" [a.k.a. We'll text you with lip service from our "Helpline" but never answer our phone.] , anticipate distress if you run into any issues at this unmanned abode! That, combined with a continually broken elevator but lots of stairs only accessible from another side of the building (read past review history!), near a theater and 24/7-occupied public park, leaves a major void in terms of convenience and security. Total exasperating sense of abandonment! Repeated (AI-generated?!!) apologies containing "better intentions".
That doesn't cut it on the "hospitality" scale while one's on vacation, Kasa! Big PASS!!!
Beautiful luxury and spacious. Five star accommodation.
Perfectly placed in the heart of Savannah Georgia.
Only downside was not being able to use the elegant front doors highlighted on their pictures.
Immaculately clean without the clutter of tourist literature.
What an amazing property! We stayed in the Opal Suite on the fourth floor. I didn't expect a true 1 bedroom suite and it was a luxury suite! The design was excellent. The location was 5 stars! Every amenity you need was within walking distance. We parked our car on the street and felt fine leaving it overnight. Parking is $1/hr from 8 am to 8 pm. After 8 pm it is free parking. You do have to be careful about parking on the correct side for street sweeping. The only thing I would complain about is the flashing Savannah Theatre sign, but we were able to close the interior shutters and block most of it. But if you are sensitive, it could bother you. They also had a SCAD film crew there very late at night. You definitely could hear them, but Kasa Jules provided you with a white noise machine if you wanted to use it. The hotel made our visit a stand out and we will be back!
We had a fantastic week here! The interior is beautifully updated and comes with great amenities. Itâs conveniently situated right in the heart of the historic area, so you're just a stroll away from the park, theaters, restaurants, and all the sights. Plus, we were able to check in early, which was a nice bonus! Oh, and I should mention after reading other postsâthe elevator works! Weâre already looking forward to our next stay!
The apartment was amazing itself. But it made so many weird noises that were so loud and made sleeping and relaxing hard. There was always people sitting outside the stairs at night and were loud between midnight and like 4am. If you are there for a weekend and love noise I recommend othereise I do not recommend noises 24/7. I did love the location close to everything within walking distance, easy check in and check out. Elevator was down for a day and we did not have an alternative to exit buikding only through the emergency door. The washer in my appartment did not work and I was there for 8 nights and pacjed light so was hoping to do laundry but it was not working and did not advise me of the issue until after I arrived. I loved the cleap suite but way to noise.
Perfect location and such an elegant and charming apartment. We had the diamond suite and it was very well appointed and luxurious. There is a white noise machine in the event of street noise but it was not an issue. The only feedback is that I wasnât aware that there was no onsite parking until after I confirmed my reservation. I stressed over it until I got there and realized that it is easy to get street parking new the building. There is a park right across from the building and several food options and a convenience center one street behind it. This has been my favorite booking ever.
I loved every single thing about this space! If I could pack up my things and move in I would do it in a heartbeat! I love the tall ceilings. I loved the period feel to it. I love the decor. I love the fireplaces. I love the location. The only complaint if I had one would be the elevator being out of service because I have a bad back and I had to lug my luggage up, which sort of hurt my back even more. Iâve seen multiple reviews that mention something about the elevator being out but decided to chance it and book it anywayâŠ.other than that, the space was beautiful, communication was great and I plan on booking again next year around the same time.
