The information says there was a stove but when we looked and bought stuff to cook we saw that there was no oven. Also the internet never worked and we called several times with no help. We have stayed at several VRBO and we will not stay there anymore. The bar beside us was so loud could not hear the tv and after we finally said we will go to bed the music finally stopped around 9:30. This was the most expensive VRBO and was very overpriced for it and the service it gave.
Rental was just as listed in advertisement. The kitchen was well-stocked with cold, purified drinking water in the fridge which was nice. The bed was comfortable and the place was cozy and clean. I only give 4 stars for location because there was a bar right beside us and the walls were thin enough that we could hear people talking like they were in the next room -so felt less private. Maybe better insulation would help that, but overall our stay was a pleasant experience.
The parking area was safe. It was nice to have a space that was free in the area. The kitchen was nice. I was surprised there was already coffee to use. There was a Keureg and a traditional coffee maker. They also had creamers and sugar. The bed was ok- I was not thrilled with the pillows as they were not super supportive . The bathroom was beautiful! Having a washer and dryer was a bonus and they even supply detergent and dryer sheets! The best part was the close proximity to all things historic Savannah has to offer! I would suggest if you enjoy walking and are able to walk the whole time, skip the trolley tour. It was pricey, and although they say you can hop on and off, itâs not that simple! They are normally pretty full, so you may wait quite a while at a stop for a spot to sit. At least that was our experience in mid October! May be better during peak seasons. Every place we ate was so good! I need to have a food detox! I highly recommend this location and spot to call your temp home!
I would definitely recommend this listing. It was clean, cute and conveniently located. We stayed two nights, taking advantage of nearby restaurants, the trolley tours and guided home tours.
My husband and I stayed here for three nights while we visited Savannah. We both agreed this cute little apartment was a place we both could live in. It has everything you could need. It also has historic value with original hardwood floors on the bedroom side showing their scars of life and the exposed brick wall in the kitchen. But it also has modern amenities like a huge bathroom and a kitchen both fully updated. When we arrived the place was absolutely spotless clean. And we did not have to worry about doing any cleaning before we left because they hire professional cleaners after each stay. Some things you should know if you stayâŠIt is on the second floor so you need to haul your luggage up the outdoor staircase, but the stairs are low impact stairs and were easy on our old knees. Everything is locked down with electronic codes, which made us feel safe. *TIP-when you close your apartment door remember to hit the âYaleâ button to relock the door. Also, we found the outdoor gate ajar a few times. We locked it at all times as it is very easy to open with the code. It is a safety issue. This is a very good location if you want to explore the historic district. It is on the far end but you could still walk. Several fast food options directly across the street. Within walking distance, we recommend Kimâs Cafe for authentic southern soul food. Skip the Cuban restaurant, my husband got food poisoning. You wonât be disappointed staying here.
Great communication and really nice place to stay while in Savannah! Chase was very quick to respond and very helpful with any questions. The space is very modern and comfortable. And a nice convenient, walkable area. I would def stay here again!
I needed a place on short notice, and I'm very glad I found this adorable condo! First, before I even got into the unit, I was thrilled to have free parking directly behind the building! This is a big deal in Savannah, imho. Since I was traveling alone, I also greatly appreciated the locked gate to enter the property. I felt safe - it's a nice neighborhood! The "Lowcountry Red" condo was clean, comfortable, and perfect for my short stay. I would definitely stay here again.
The Huntington Lofts are dope! Our room was super stylish and great for our needs. The location was perfect and in walking distance to so many things. The outdoor area was the perfect place to have your morning coffee at. The downstairs bar is also a vibe. All check in and out instruction were clear and easy to follow. Would definitely stay here again.
LOVE LOVE LOVE!! Our weekend was perfect. Unit was beautifully decorated and super clean. Bed was very comfortable, communication was perfect, and unit was supplied with everything you could ever need. Free parking, 5-minute walk to Forsyth Park, easy arrival/departure, fantastic bath and kitchen - we will be back! Very highly recommend!
