Room was spotless and staff was nice. Only down fall is that they did not have towels for the pool and was told to use room towels. When I asked for room towels, I was told they were out. Other than that, stay was great!

The room was neat and tidy and I really liked that. The staff was pretty nice too which made the check-in nice and smooth. The free breakfast was also fabulous. And don't even get me started on gym and indoor pool... fun fun fun.

The staff there is amazing!! The owner is a wonderful person. He told my son and I immediately upon check in if we needed anything whether big or small to feel free to come to him personally and he would do his best to accommodate. 5 stars. Best stay ever!

Paul the GM AND ALL his staff were amazing. My family and I came to Savannah for my youngest daughter’s 7th birthday. When he learned this upon check in he gave both of my children little treats from the in house store! Amazing customer service! Nice water heated pool, we watched the snow fall from the comfort of the warm pool area. Can’t reccomend enough

We stayed for 2 days, we had to request specifically to have someone clean our room, we left for the day and returned it three only to find the room still not cleaned. The general cleanliness in the room was substandard could easily have been better with a little more detail oriented. And the downstairs public bathrooms for the two days we were there were never open for use always under repair.

The hotel was in poor shape. Rooms were dirty-lots of hair. Both bathrooms on main floor were closed. Staff were literally yelling at each other and shouting in front on my kids. This was not a good experience, I would not go back to this hotel.
