Worse customer service experience I have had in my lifetime. Reported cleanliness issues within days of our month-long rental. Took pictures for the owner to see. Owner blew off the report as residual dust and didn't want to see pictures. The report outlined the issues which were clearly from construction and painting. All dishes, cups, plates, pan and pots were covered. The coffee machine's inner guts were covered. As the rental proceeded, we found construction dust in almost every room. At the end of the rental, we communicated our dissatisfaction and again we were blown off. Finally after communicating with CustomerCare they asked for the pictures, . While it is rather unfortunate that you had to enter the home in that condition and we are very sorry for the inconvenience, we cannot offer a refund for any nights of your stay. We can only refund the cleaning fee. If we had a chance to rectify the situation (within the first 48 hours), we would have had our housekeeper over there immediately to attend to cleaning any dust that was discovered. Instead you took the initiative to clean it yourself and ask for a refund the day of checkout. Again this is not our normal cleaning practice as construction upgrades don't happen often. I would think twice before renting from them....
