Round-log semi-detached apartment built in 1985, features a kitchenette (renovated in 2021), bedroom with a double bed, sleeping alcove with one bed, living room with sofa bed (145 cm x 195 cm when opened), loft with two mattresses accessed via steep stairs, washroom with shower and WC, electric sauna (washroom and sauna renovated in 2012), and a covered porch.

The yard includes a kettle grill and a shared campfire site located 20 m away.
A basket of firewood is included in the rental price; additional firewood can be purchased from the nearby service station.
