The apartment offers approximately 66 m² of living and dining space with a kitchen and sleeping area, a bathroom, and a balcony.
The fully equipped kitchen leaves nothing to be desired, and in the living room, you can relax on the sofa in front of the smart TV at the end of your vacation days.
The open sleeping area offers a comfortable double bed (180 x 200 cm) and blackout curtains for restful nights.
The bathroom features a hairdryer and a nearly level-entry shower.
Relax on the balcony and enjoy balmy evenings as your vacation days wind down.
A private parking space is available directly in front of the building.
You can store your bicycles in the shared, open bicycle storage room.

A washing machine is available for shared use free of charge on the ground floor.
Sustainability is a priority at Pionierhafen, which is why 77% of the energy is sourced from geothermal energy.
Thanks to its unique location on the Schlei fjord, you can also bring your own boat and moor it at a berth directly at Pionierhafen for a fee.

The development of the new "Am Pionierhafen" district is largely complete. No further major construction work is expected. Some areas, especially the surrounding landscaping, are still undergoing visual transformation.

There are two electric vehicle charging stations near the accommodation for the Schlei, Wiking, and Fjord apartments. These are available for all apartments in the buildings.
Please note that the apartment is not suitable for tradespeople, and we cannot accept bookings for this purpose.
In the immediate vicinity, you'll find Café Pio – your new favorite spot right on the Pionierhafen harbor in Schleswig.
With a view of the water, you can enjoy a delicious breakfast here in the morning with fresh rolls, croissants, and all the trimmings.
During the day, they offer delicious coffee, homemade cakes, and a relaxed atmosphere.
And as evening approaches, it's time for cocktails and cold drinks – refreshing, vibrant, and just the thing for a sundowner on the terrace.
