Luxuriöses Landhaus mit Whirlpool, Sauna und privatem Swimmingpool

Enjoy a dip in the jacuzzi, a refreshing dip in your own pool (not heated), relax on the covered terrace or in the sauna or play games together at the large dining table: there is something for everyone in this modern and cosy country house for 6 people. You read that right, this ‘wellness house’ offers 136 m² of luxury such as a hot tub, sauna and private swimming pool! And all this in a garden with complete privacy.

Living room and kitchen
The house features a spacious living room with an open-plan kitchen. The living room has a lovely seating area and a built-in fireplace. The living room is adjacent to the swimming pool, through large conservatory doors you can enjoy the summer atmosphere the pool brings. Next to the ‘warm’ living space is an open kitchen with a dining table.
The open kitchen is fully equipped. Because it is an open kitchen, you have all the space and possibilities to cook quietly in the kitchen.

Bedrooms and bathroom
There are a total of three bedrooms in the house. These bedrooms are located on the 1st floor. Each bedroom has wardrobes and possible storage space. A cot is also available. Two bedrooms have access to the balcony and two bedrooms have air conditioning. Lovely during the hot summer.
On the 1st floor is the bathroom with bath, shower, washbasin, large mirror and toilet. A 1st toilet is on the ground floor in the hallway. All mattresses and duvets are single.

Wellness
The wellness house boasts many luxuries. The terrace offers a new private swimming pool with lovely loungers. (The rectangular pool in the photo is the new pool.) Next to the pool is the sauna area. After enjoying a swim and the sauna, you can finish off in the warm Jacuzzi. Enjoy the warm bubbling water under the covered terrace. Under this shady canopy you will also find a spacious dining table where you can dine and a spacious lounge with fire pit to relax on. The generous BBQ is ready for use. There is no overlooking of the garden by neighbours or casual passers-by, giving you complete privacy. The pool and jacuzzi are equipped with a salt water system with magnesium salt! Magnesium salt has many benefits for your health (such as relaxed muscles and brain etc).

Terraces
The spacious outdoor terrace around the pool is the first terrace the wellness house offers. There is also plenty of seating and relaxation space under the large covered terrace. To the side of the house you will find another lovely seating area where you can sit for a while. If you want to take a break or get away from your fellow residents, there is an ideal spot for a meditation or yoga session next to the pond. In short, plenty of terraces and plenty of seating to unwind. Swimming pool is not suitable for children who do not yet have a swimming certificate.

Laundry room
Located next to the kitchen, you will find a separate laundry room. In the laundry room, you will find the necessary freezer and washing machine. There is also a side door that will lead you to the garden.

Our holiday homes are rented without bed linen and towels as standard. These can, as well as bathrobes and bicycles, be rented for an additional fee – please contact us if you are interested!
Our park is small and peaceful – a place to truly unwind. We kindly ask guests to respect the quiet atmosphere, especially during rest hours. This way, everyone can enjoy a relaxing stay in harmony.
