Casazzurra is located in Via Monte San Michele, in front of Casa di Pietra, 30 meters from the sea in the street parallel to the promenade. Total beds: 5. It's bigger than the other two apartments and it has an inner courtyard, typical of Mediterranean homes, furnished like a small Andalusian patio, with taste and attention to detail. It offers natural shade thanks to a lush bougainvillea, there is the possibility to use the kitchenette and eat outside, also to take a hot shower. The house consists of a living room with a comfortable sofa that could also act as a single bed, two double bedrooms, one with a third single bed. A large bathroom complete with all accessories and a small bathroom with sink and toilet with access from one of the two bedrooms. There is an interior kitchenette with electric oven and microwave, a rich supply of crockery, pots and various accessories for cooking and washing. In both bedrooms there are plasma televisions, ceiling fans, and in one, air conditioning and, in the other, the safe. In the living room there is s humidifier fan. You can add one or two cots for babies not older than two years, which will have at their disposal, in addition, stroller, high chair and many other amenities. Linen is provided to all guests of the house, as you can read in the inventory. All the furnishings were renovated and everything was made to get the maximum comfort. Each object has been chosen according to the taste of the owner, who also enjoy interior design... everything is strictly in blue...even the fire extinguisher! Upon the arrival we charge in cash the touristic taxes established by the Municipality of Scicli it is: 1,00 euro per day per person (for the first 10 days and from the age of 12). Casa d'artista is composed of three independent apartments, but that can be put on communication: Casazzurra (2 to 5 beds), Casa del pescatore (2 to 5 beds) and Casa di pietra (2 to 4 beds). Guests are welcomed in rooms furnished with care and equipped with every comfort. A short distance from the house there are shops, bars, restaurants, supermarkets, newsagents, hairdresser, barber, bathing, disco, spas, sports courts and marina, just a few meters, you can, in the morning, buy freshly caught fish. Sampieri is a little village in the municipality of Scicli, in the province of Ragusa. Famous seaside resort, charming old fishing village, is situated along a spur of limestone, between two beaches of fine golden sand. The economy of the village is nowadays mainly linked to agricultural activities and tourism. At the eastern end of the beach more of the township, at the top of a cliff of about 5 meters high, dominates the landscape of the coastal the Fornace Penna, which the locals call "o’ Pisciuotto". " The plant has remained a ruin because of an arson fire occurred in 1924. It was a thriving mill in which bricks were produced, exported throughout the Mediterranean basin.
