Set on the hillside overlooking the magnificent Baroque town of Scicli, this beautiful villa offers fantastic views and a relaxing environment, for the perfect holiday in the Sicilian sunshine.

The villa is made up of 3 apartments and a separate cottage. In total, it can sleep 12 people. It is an ideal option for a group of friends or families who want to holiday together but also have some privacy and independence. The décor throughout the villa is a stylish mix of antique and contemporary pieces in soft neutral shades. It is a truly beautiful property.

In the main building, the 3 apartments are spread out over 3 floors. On the lower level is a separate apartment with its own entrance. This apartment has an open-plan living area with comfortable sofas, a dining table and chairs and a well-equipped kitchen. The 2 bedrooms both have double beds. One has an en suite bathroom, the other bathroom is independent.
Upstairs there are 2 more apartments which are connected internally. Each has its own sitting room, with sofas, a dining table and a kitchen. On this floor there is a double bedroom with en suite bathroom, going up to the upper level there are 2 more double bedrooms, both with en suite bathrooms. On the other side of the swimming pool, there is a smaller cottage with a charming living area with a kitchen/diner, as well as a shaded veranda overlooking the pool. It has another double bedroom with an ensuite bathroom.

Each of the kitchens is equipped with a cooker hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher and fridge/freezer.

The well-maintained garden includes a private swimming pool (unheated), with sun loungers where guests can relax after a swim. There are several shaded terraces and balconies around the property furnished with tables and chairs for outdoor dining or drinks at sundown. Guests can truly enjoy the peaceful surroundings.

Sleeping
In total, there are 6 bedrooms each with a double bed, wardrobe and drawers. Three bedrooms have en suite bathrooms.

Bathrooms
The state-of-the-art bathrooms are beautifully appointed. Five of the bathrooms have showers and the 6th has a full bathtub. They all have basins, bidets and WC’s.

Location
In southern Sicily, close to beautiful beaches and historical sites, this villa is in an ideal position for guests to enjoy everything the region has to offer. It is on the southern edge of Scicli, a fascinating, jewel of a town, packed with Sicilian Baroque architecture, excellent restaurants and cafés where visitors can soak up the atmosphere. For self-catering, Scicli’s weekly market takes place on Tuesday mornings in Via Saffi.

The villa is just 10 minutes from the coast. The medieval fishing village of Donnalucata is known for its wide, sandy beaches and sleepy atmosphere. It is home to several fine restaurants where you can sample the freshest local fish.

Catania’s International Airport is a 1 hour 35 minute drive from the villa.
