Clean and worth the price

The place was nice , odd smell in the room but it was clean considering the previous property DUNMORE inn that we were booked at and LEFT! The price point is fair as well , yoy get what you pay for but in a good way. The front desk guy was super nice and helpful too!

Good hotel with in a convenient area close to the highway. It has kind of a weird entrance and exit and is in an area that appears to once have been a small business district. Major shopping and restaurants are only minutes away though. The hotel is clean and comfortable. Everything works. Breakfast is the usual packaged carbs, waffles, yogurt and watery coffee. This really gets redundant for people that travel a lot so I just give it 3 stars. I am sure this is fine though for most people so this is not an indication of poor quality, just nothing special. The staff is outstanding and very welcoming. I would stay here again without any issues.

The room was filthy. The carpet was completely stained with various color marks. Dust on the vents and lights behind the bed half an inch thick. The sheets were so thin you could see the mattress cover stains and hair left from previous occupants. The ice machine had mold on it. I have stayed at many Microtels because it’s usually just a simple and clean place to sleep for a night and this is well below standards.

The staff upon check-in was rude. She was on phone which sounded like a personal phone call she did not acknowledge me for at least 5/10mnts…..once she was done with her call she checked me with attitude then gave me a room that smelled like a chimney. I had to go back for another room and of course she gave me attitude again telling me that the room is nonsmoking room and that the room shouldn’t smell like cigarettes. I responded you wanna go and check? She responded I’m not saying you’re not telling the truth but it shouldn’t be. But assigned me to another room reluctantly.

Difficult to find; the entrance isn’t directly into the parking lot, and the sign for the entrance is tiny and easily missed. The HVAC system had a continuously-on fan setting, which I used for white noise. The only protein at breakfast was hard-boiled eggs. Comfortable bed and pillows.
