Complain about coffee shop

I was waiting this moment to complain to someone about the coffee we just ordered today at the coffee shop. We got a cappuccino and an americano, but unfortunately, they didn't taste right. It was like hot water with barely any coffee flavor, and the color was almost off. We ended up throwing them away. We were really looking forward to a good cup of coffee, especially since we're staying at the hotel an we paid for our drinks. Check with your suppliers what coffee are you buying or probably you do not how to use the coffee machine at the coffee shop.

This is a beautiful and grand building. The location is great for walking into downtown Scranton. It has been beautifully preserved and has a luxurious feel but without the costs.

I recomend staying here. The property is beautiful. The marbel walls and decore makes you feel like you stepped back in time. Room was spacious and clean. However the only issue we have is there is no concierge area to purchase a snack or drink and the venting machines on all floors are broken so we had to drive to a convience store or get a soda from the bar.

This hotel is historic so know that going in, much of the room interior is dated and smelly. The lobby however, is gorgeous and really feels like you are transported back in time. Hotel staff were, meeehhh, it felt like the less interaction for them the better

This building is AMAZING!! Room a little dated but comfy. Loved being able to look out and see the sports fields. Not so much~the dusty bed scarf. Would stay again, Overall worth the visit!

A wonderful hotel in a historic old Railway Station building. Very convenient to downtown and major highways. The front desk and bsrcdyaff were all friendly, welcoming, and professional. We will definitely be going back on our way back home in 2 weeks.

Love this place for the way they’ve preserved the history of the building and for the friendly staff, cleanliness and comfort of the room and building overall. The food and excellent service at Trax is a bonus.This was my second stay here and I will definitely stay again next time I’m in Scranton.

The property is a former train station and is phenomenal… a step back in time… we had drinks in the bar, which had been the outdoor platform where riders boarded the train back in the day… it has been closed in and is awesome…then breakfast in the beautiful lobby … staff members were friendly and helpful… highly recommend…
