The location of the apartment is characterized by tranquility, the separate entrance is ground-level accessible and at a short distance from the ski bus, which takes you to the valley station of the Motta Naluns mountain lifts in just a few minutes. The highlight of the apartment is the large south-facing terrace with lawn, where a grill, table, and loungers/chairs are available. The cozy apartment, furnished with great care, has a very good layout, and as another highlight, a Swedish stove with wood is available for use in the apartment.

Shopping opportunities are located at Denner, also just a few meters away, or on the main street, which can be reached on foot in approximately 10 minutes.
