What a fantastic house - beautiful location, clean house, comfortable beds, nice linens, thick towels, a kitchen with everything you need and plenty of plates, cups, glasses, etc. In short, we did not have a single complaint about this house and would love to go back.
What a shame, then, that in order to rent this lovely home, one has to deal with the severely-lacking-in-customer-service folks at Grand Welcome. The clunky check in and out process that forces you to drive an extra 20 minutes to pick up and drop off keys. The terse conversations with staff when requesting information. And the somewhat convoluted and contradictory instructions received via email and with the keys. It all took something away from a lovely stay.
