The best part was the lobby bar. Good cocktails and great service. Check in was ok. Wish they would've directed me to the room better. I ended up walking in a huge circle to find it. Also didn’t feel safe on the ground floor near the lobby and I was by myself. Shuttle service is great until 20 people want it at the same time in the morning. Room was large and comfortable though. Lobby with outdoor feel is a plus

Lovely hotel & quiet

Room was great! Bed is excellent! (King) Bathroom perfect!!! Shower in bathroom excellent! Check in was good. Hotel is very spacious & well taken care of. Transportation at airport was very well explained in email. Didn’t have to wait too long. Only negative comment was the food . Very disappointed in the restaurant menu & prices. $28 for two pieces of Cod ( extremely thin), 2 tablespoons of coleslaw, 3 tablespoons of ketchup and tons of fries!!!! You’re at the mercy of the hotel after traveling all day and you are starving!

The SeaTac Marriott is akin to a matron looking over the noisy Hotels on International Blvd. We used it to chill before an early departure. The ambiance is quiet and elegant. Only the West side upper floors have a view, but sunsets are right there. The staff is excellent and kind. The rooms are always clean.

FILM ALL OF YOUR ROOM BEFORE YOU LEAVE!

It is still on going but after I inspected everything in my room and checked out this morning, I’ve got an email from management that I broke a glass countertop on wooden desk and was completely shattered. Without enough explanation, they charged $1000 as accidental. Fortunately I was still in town so I went back to hotel and tried to discuss. No authorized management was there, and I talked to shift leader. He showed me pictures upon my request but hesitated to share those photos with me. After more than 10 min call from him to manager, he printed pictures and gave me (not digital). Then I requested to show me that room but he denied due to manager’s guidance. He says the room is locked by master key and only manager can open (No way! You copy many keys everyday!! What are you gonna do when you lose master!!??). I had to leave to LA so I gave up on the day but keep continue to fight against to hotel until I take back my $1000. I strongly recommend all of you to take photos and videos BEFORE you check out. Otherwise any damages may be charged to your credit card without appropriate explanation and agreement.

Nice facilities, but no value

Standard hotel next to the airport. Was given bare minimum provided in a standard hotel, two bottles of water, keurig machine for coffee etc, but expect to pay for every single thing. Internet fee was charged despite being Mariott Bonvoy member, parking is steep $35 a night despite not being in urban downtown area, and there is no free breakfast or coffee you see at a typical business oriented hotel. Facilities were clean and secure.
