Lovely condo with all the amenities. Incredible long marsh view from screened porch. Enjoyed sunsets every night. Seabrook is idyllic and a favorite place to visit. Highly recommend.

Beautiful views - great home

The views from the home and screened in porch were amazing. We enjoyed the porch for the gorgeous sunsets. A shared dock with a canoe was perfect for evening relaxing after a long day at the beach. Communication was superb. Home was well stocked. Highly recommend to anyone wanting to stay in the area.

Great Place to Stay!

My family and I stayed at Tom's property for 4 nights in between Christmas and New Year's and had a fantastic time! The villa was just as described, was plenty spacious for all 6 of us. Great common area and kitchen. 5 minutes from Freshfield's shopping center and pretty central location overall. Tom was a fantastic host - super easy to get in contact with and very friendly. Would definitely stay there again!

A beautiful trip

This property is absolutely stunning! We loved the space for our family of 4. The beds are so comfortable, the noise of neighbors is non existent! We spent our Thanksgiving here, the amount of kitchen utensils was the best. The hosts were amazing and very attentive. Our favorite part, watching the tides rise and recede was one of our favorites. It’s stunning at high tide during a full moon! Most certainly recommend this beautiful home to anyone looking for the perfect getaway.

Exceeded our expectations!

We enjoyed a full week at this lovely villa! The photos don't do it justice - it was clean, beautifully decorated, and the view was phenomenal and so relaxing. The home was spacious and perfect for our family of four. From beach gear and bikes to the grill, kayak, and other fun extras like a crab net to use on the dock, we were never bored. Sunsets on the porch were dreamy. The neighborhood pool was nice and quiet, and the Lake House pool is an easy walk or quick bike ride away. The kitchen had everything we needed and more - and good quality items that made cooking at a rental enjoyable. Beds were super comfy and the whole house was just so nicely updated. Tom and Louise were excellent at communicating when we needed anything and went above and beyond to answer our questions and make sure we had a great vacation. We will definitely consider this property again for our next Seabrook vacation!

That View!!!

This place was just as advertised. Super well stocked, very thoughtful decoration and furnishing. The loft was perfect for our baby’s pack n play—not too far away from parents. We really liked the proximity to the Lake Club workout facilities and rode our bikes to the equestrian center to see the horses. Access #2 at North Beach was our favorite beach spot. Thanks to Tom for a great week!

Wonderful Villa Just as Advertised

Our family loved the villa - it was just as advertised. The views of the marshes were beautiful, the rooms were clean and comfortable, and it was a great location - near a pool, the beach and Charleston. We'd love to come back again sometime.

First time in Seabrook

What a great villa for a first time trip to Seabrook Island! The home is exactly as pictured, beds were very comfortable, and the proximity to the neighborhood pool was a huge plus. The place was spotless and the kitchen had all the necessities and then some. Tom was very responsive when I called about door access (thanks again :) Seabrook is a gem of a community and I will be back to stay in this lovely place. Additional bonus are the views from the screened in porch, splendid! Thank you!

Relaxing Stay At Our Favorite Seabrook Property

We love everything about this beautifully decorated and spic and span vacation home. You will enjoy comfortable beds, roomy showers, a well equipped kitchen, and best of all, sitting on the screened in porch watching gorgeous sunsets across the salt marsh. Tom, the owner, was very easy to work with and responsive to every question we had. We will definitely stay here again.

Fantastic Family Getaway

From the time we walked in until we locked up to leave, we were in love with this home! So clean, beautifully decorated and well stocked. The pictures don't do it justice. We had five in our party and there was ample room for everyone - and everyone loved their stay. The mattress on the king bed was amazing...so comfortable. The view from the porch was serene with amazing sunset views! We could go on and on and on. The owner was friendly and checked in to see if anything was needed (which was nothing - because everything was perfect). We very highly recommend this slice of heaven and will return!

Perfect!

This property was amazing. The kitchen was fully stocked with every cooking tool/pan/pot you could want. The highlight of the property is definitely the back porch. The view is spectacular and furniture is quite comfortable. All accommodations inside are excellent. The property owners were very responsive. We had such a fabulous stay!

Amazing

Pictures did not do this condo justice! It was absolutely beautiful & so clean! The kitchen had everything you could possibly need! My husband & teenagers loved it so much & said it was the nicest rental we’ve stayed in on a vacation! The owners went above & beyond to communicate if we had questions about the area etc. We would love to stay at this lovely condo again! We highly recommend it!

Perfect Family Getaway

An amazing property and a thoughtful and responsive host! The Villa itself is beautifully updated and the serenity of the screened porch is beyond words. The nine beach boardwalks are nearby and our family enjoyed exploring all of them. The property and area are truly perfection and we will absolutely be back!

Beautiful property over looking the marsh! First visit to Seabrook and definitely will not be the last. The sunsets from the screened in porch were fantastic. The property owner was great to work with. We hope to visit again soon!

Absolutely Wonderful!

We were able to take a last minute weekend getaway and the owners were very accommodating to our request. They communicated quickly and everything was ready for us when we arrived. As mentioned in a previous review, the pictures do not do this home justice. It was beautifully decorated and had such a warm and comfortable feel throughout, with plenty of space for everyone to enjoy. The kitchen had about almost any gadget you could need during your stay. While the weather was a but chilly, we were able to take the bikes out around the island. The views of the marsh were so peaceful in the morning and the area surrounding the home is very quiet. We are already planning our next stay where we can take advantage of the pools, pickle ball, kayak, and fishing. Thank you for such a lovely stay!
