The pictures show the property looking new and bright. the porch was not. The furniture and porch floor were not very clean and we really did not use it as the cushions looked dingy and dirty. The curtains were pulled off their hooks inside the home. We fixed that, and the rest was clean. Just needs some tlc on deferred maintenance items.

The Beach Club pool and restaurant is wonderful! The views and vibe were perfect. Worth noting though that while you can see the water, you cannot go into the water from the beach club area as there is no access. There are different locations throughout the property but somehow we didn't realize this so beforehand so should have brought our beach gear for the times we went to the actual beach. But the food and drinks there were some of the best we had the entire trip. The entire area is beautiful. Our only suggestion for the unit would be to replace the living room seating options. The furniture is beautiful but just uncomfortable if you want to relax in the evening to watch a game or movie on the television. But other than that the unit came equipped with everything we needed!

This property was described perfectly! The community was quiet with lots of wildlife. The beach was a short drive from the Villa, we enjoyed many walks on the beach and the sunsets were spectacular! The golf course was beautiful. Everyone we encountered was so friendly!friendly and helpful.

Hidden Serenity

Have stayed on Seabrook many times but this villa tops any of our stays. It is tucked away and the peaceful and serene surroundings are magical. The porch on this property is the highlight. Will return.

Perfect for small family

We had a great time in Seabrook and the property was perfect for our family of 4. It was just as advertised and had everything we needed. It was close to the beach and clubhouse and had a great view of the golf course. We will definitely be coming back!

Great place!

Property was very comfortable and decorated perfectly. It had everything that was needed to make meals. Master bed was more firm than we like, but this our personal view. I do wish that there would have been dishwasher supplies outside of one wash. Property comes highly recommended.

We enjoyed our stay on Seabrook Island. We just felt that the condo was not as advertised. The place was not fully cleaned. The main bedroom shower curtain is moldy and the drain was clogged and did not drain properly the patio furniture was dirty and dusty.

Wonderful visit

The condo was very clean and well appointed. We really enjoyed the screened-in porch. The furniture was attractive and comfortable. Our only complaint was they left only one dishwashing tab for a week long stay
.and they wanted you to run the dishwasher before leaving, which meant they weren’t really providing any dishwashing tabs Also the hand soap at the kitchen sink was empty. Overall we had a wonderful visit and would come again.

Beautiful view in a quiet setting

The villa was very clean and nicely decorated. We especially enjoyed the lovely covered porch overlooking the golf course! I booked it based on the view and it did not disappoint. We felt completely at home in this quiet and serene setting. There is a lot of various wildlife in the area so pay close attention to your surroundings. The beach is a short walk, or there is parking if you do not wish to walk. We could not get anyone to answer the phone or help us with dining at the Pelican’s Nest which is located in this gated community, but Freshfield’s Village is close by for groceries, dining, and shopping. I would recommend this property and would stay again if I am in the area.

We greatly enjoyed our stay on Seabrook Island in this Villa. The screened porch and views were perfect, and the Villa was beautiful, exactly as pictured. Clean, updated, spacious, quiet, truly wonderful!

Seabrook Getaway

We had a wonderful experience staying at this awesome property. The property was updated beautifully, yet still comfortable. The screened in porch overlooking the golf course was an amazing way to start each day. 10 out of 10 would recommend staying here to anyone looking for a Seabrook getaway! We did rent a golf cart which made trips to the beach and pool easy.
