This well appointed, single level, family home is perfect for your vacation get away. The city park is just a half block away for the kiddos and for the big kids the Seaside golf course is just a block away. The yard is a gardeners dream, the owners take great pride in providing their guests with a beautiful yard to relax in. Complete with a gas grill and a fire pit, spend your evenings grilling and sitting around the fire enjoying the flowers and gardens. Just 4 blocks from the Promenade, its an easy 4 minute walk to the beach.
Inside you have the best of everything. The kitchen is fully loaded with dishwasher, microwave, Keurig and drip style coffee pot, Waffle iron. Pots, pans and bakeware to make gourmet meals and a blender for your favorite fruity cocktails.
A comfortable spacious living room with a large flat screen smart TV with cable and a DVD player and TV in the master bedroom. The bathroom has a Tub shower combo to soak in after a long day at the beach or nearby golf course, or to just relax and read a book. The owners even provide beach chairs and toys for your days at the beach.
MUST BE 25 TO RENT, NO PETS, NO SMOKING, NO PARTIES. (FIREPLACE IS NOT PERMITTED FOR USE BY THE CITY)

the house was very cozy, warm and clean. we felt very comfortable in the living room and bedrooms. kitchen had everything we needed. we enjoyed terrific weather, walking and shopping. seemed quiet neighborhood, convenient for us. thanks. sorry we forgot to turn down the thermostat to 55.

Seaside Girls Weekend

Perfect spot for our girls weekend. The entire house is decorated so cute! Each room with its own theme. The location was super easy to get to and just a short walk to the beach and the paved beach walk from the house. The neighborhood was very quiet. We would definitely stay here again and recommend it for a small group of friends (3-4) or a small family.

Traveling up the 101 for a few days. Spent a couple of days here. House was in a great location. Quiet neighborhood, close to the beach. . Beautiful back yard.

Adorable Home Away From Home

This is an amazing home to get away from it all. The only reason we gave 3 stars for location was because of the sketch apartments across the street. The home itself was so cute and comfy. The beds were great. The house was so clean. The rooms spacious. The backyard was amazing with its relaxing Zen feel. Had a fire and read a book while hubby watched football. We used the grill one night. That was such a great addition. Check out was easy. We washed the sheets, put them in the dryer and loaded the in to wash. Loaded the dishwasher and turned it on. Lowered the temp, locked all the windows, loaded the car, locked the door and that was it! So nice. We will for sure be back!

Exceptional property

The company was very responsive and cordial when communicating with us when booking. Upon arriving it was very clean and well equipped. They provided a lot of things that are not listed that made the stay very enjoyable. We will definitely rebook the next time we visit the area.

Everything's was clean, the owners who had stayed the night before obviously care for the place and keep it in great shape. The management was awesome and very kind. If they had a 6* id give it. Thankyou.

My stay gardeners paradise ✨

Oh man where do start. We, my daughter and i arrived about 6 pm.The neighbor was out and introduced himself b4 we even made it into the house. Very nice gentalman. We went in and ive rented other places. We were amazed at how emaculate it was, we loved it the beds were more comfy than we have at home.we enjoyed a fire every night we were there. Best vaca ever. We'll b back if u'll have us. 5 stars 🌟 and a high recommendation for anyone who asks me. We were the ones Thursday night. Two of the people i invited bailed. So we invited a gal who is 67 to join us she has 4th stage breat cancer, its her favorite place to go. Also my other daughter came in on Friday. The older lady stayed 1 night. So we invited my son and my grandbaby for Saturday night.

Seaside visit

The property was even better than I expected! It was clean and decorated so cutely. We greatly enjoyed the backyard firepit. We felt the property was within an easy walk of the ocean, and we walked on the prom and back to town several times. The kitchen was well equipped. I will certainly see if this house is available the next time we go to Seaside.
