The inn was built in 1890 so it was well maintained for its age. It provided off street parking that was conveniently located by the locked door. The bed was small as well as the toilet, but the TV was new and the furnishing were vintage and beautiful. Breakfast was hot and plentiful in a nice sunroom.

This is a lovely B&B! My room was very nice and comfortable. The only downside was that it was close to the downspout and it was very noisy when it rained. It was otherwise very quiet. The location is great , it’s about 1/2 block to the beach. Very walkable to shops, restaurants and viewpoints for the sunsets.

This place is very clean, friendly, personable and overall a wonderful place to stay. Front desk was very helpful with tourist tips and places to go. The room ( Kimberly’s room) was very clean and orderly with a great view of the water. The building is historic to Seaside and has such a charm!
