Several moldings were broken and pipes exposed in bathrooms. Curtains didn’t fully cover the windows. One of the stove burners doesn’t work. Great location downtown close to everything. Furniture was adequate for our adult family.

Nice apartment with great views

This apartment was comfy and had amazing views!! The kitchen and bathrooms were nicely furnished and clean. Parking can be tricky- up a hill and in a tiny and tight spot. And the apartment was pretty hot because the windows that had the portable air conditioners were not sealed up above the pipes going outside, so they only did a little bit of cooling. But still overall a nice, clean, reasonably priced apartment with amazing views of Seattle.

Great Location, Could Use Some Updates

We stayed here for my daughter’s volleyball tournament at the convention center, and the location couldn’t have been more convenient—just a short 5-minute walk to both buildings. We also really enjoyed the view and how easy it was to explore downtown Seattle from this spot.The condo itself could benefit from some updates, especially the kitchen appliances. The stove struggled to even boil water, which made cooking a challenge. With a bit of remodeling, this place has the potential to be a truly amazing stay.That said, we still had a great trip overall. The king-size bed was very comfortable, and the central location really made everything easy.

Not a hidden gem at all

It's very clear the owner is putting as little into the property as possible. It is "Shabby" at best. The AC is portable units. One was broken and one was incredibly loud (and I generally like fans/white noise), If you don't use AC, the other option is to open the windows, which means you get a LOT of I-5 noise - so no good option. The unit was very warm even though the outside temps were in the low 70s, so it could be an issue even if not renting in the middle of summer. The laundry is not in the unit (and is not free to use), and the WIFI went out after day 1 (Which happened to be the last day of the month - suspect the owner didn't pay the bill - it never came back on). The TV is streaming only, so no WIFI = No TV. We ended up leaving a day early. The management company tried to help with the WIFI issue, but it was a confusing arrangement of a local contact for check in, but apparently during the stay you have to contact a central number. Central number said they'd have to reach out to a local contact. Pretty much the only thing that worked as described was the parking space, but be warned it is a COMPACT space so larger cars might be a tight fit. In general, it was WAY overpriced for what it was.

We are generally easy to please with our expectations from VRBOs but this unit had issues. Our security code to enter the building didn't work the first evening. Also, the $10 credit they gave us for laundry didn't work. We could have received more careful instructions about which key fobs and entry cards were used where. We were given a very quick dash through the building showing us where everything was, but had to wing it afterwards as there was too much information and not time to process it. Also, although the unit met our needs as far as space and amenities, it was in very shabby condition and could use a major clean up. There were stains all over the carpet, molding chipped and missing on the walls, and in the hall bathroom the towel racks were missing except for the wall brackets. Generally very poor shape for a VRBO.

Anniversary trip

This was an amazing place to stay in Seattle for an anniversary trip. As stated by other reviews, the carpet is extremely worn and stained. However, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would love to stay again. Great location and loved spending time on the rooftop deck in the evening.

Neat location... older apartment

Overall very positive experiance. The host met us after hours and showed us around and was very polite and thourough. Apartment was neatly laid out. Ammenities as advertised. Internet was solid..a big plus. ROKU on all TVs..perfect for a chill day after travel. Only down side was carpet and furniture heavily worn, occasionally torn and stained. Some of it was antiqueish so it was expected to show wear but other was simply second hand. I understand if your hosting a lot but not what was expected. Im pretty tolerant so still a 4.5/5.

Disappointed

I have rented the place before for Christmas but this year was disappointing. No one reached out to me on the day of check in and had me and my kids outside in the lobby for hours before I had to find somewhere else to stay. And then the person reached out to me on the second day of my booking and let me in round 3 pm. So I really only got to stay for 1 day and being from out of town I just stayed because I paid $500 to stay. Terrible customer service and no one has gotten back with me yet to try and make things right 2 days after leaving.

Good location, but not worth the price

Carpets filthy, some obvious deferred maintenance. Ok rental, but not worth the price we paid for a non-peak weekend. Checkin process was easy and well facilitated, but location and immediate surroundings leaves a little to be desired.

Perfect Stay for Seattle Spring Break

This property is in a great location and was very comfortable for our family of 4 adults. The on-site parking space was great and fit our rental Toyota 4 Runner without any problem. It's any easy walk down to Pike's Market or to Seattle Center, and simple to get onto I-5 if you're driving outside the area. The property manager, Brian, was prompt, communicative, and helpful. There were no instructions for adjusting the unit's temperature and with the heat on, it got a little warm. The instructions for checkout were not especially clear. Great place to stay; we will absolutely look to stay here next time we are back in town.

Beautiful space

I loved the condo, it was beautiful, relaxing, easy to get comfortable in. Parking is tight, so if you rent a car, make sure it's a compact.
