It more than met our needs - we had a great stay and the owner was extremely attentive and helpful. The check in was difficult - totally not the owner's fault and really put him at a disadvantage. Parking a little difficult - one space on street - but doable. You can't beat the location - close to beach and can take advantage of mass transportation to downtown. We were in the off season - so the price was very reasonable. We would definitely book again and hope to this summer - if it is available - but afraid it might be full already.

Wayne was amazing! He throughly went over everything to expect at the property prior to arrival. He also gave great recommendation's on restaurants and things to do. The home was conveniently located within walking distance of Alki beach and a lot of lovely restaurants and business in the area. We comfortably stayed here with a family of 8 and had a wonderful Thanksgiving holiday.

This VRBO host was the best I’ve ever dealt with. House was clean, comfortable and well kept for the most part. I would definitely stay there again. The only small issue I had with the property was I felt the yard and outside part of the house could have been kept a little bit more tidy. Also, I understand some people don’t cook, but I feel the cooking pots and pans could be of a better quality, but we’re adequate.

Great location, cool house

Great location in west Seattle. The whole community was very cool with a ton of restaurants within a 10 minute walk from the house. We had some plumbing issues while there but Wayne was very responsive and was able to take care of it during our stay. Would recommend to anyone visiting Seattle that wants a quiet place to stay outside of downtown.

I recently stayed at Mr. Wayne's property and I can't recommend it enough! While the exterior may look a bit dated, don't let that deter you. The interior is absolutely immaculate, showcasing Mr. Wayne's dedication to maintaining a pristine environment. The location is unbeatable—just a block away from the beautiful beach, and close to fantastic restaurants and shopping. It’s the perfect spot for families looking to explore Alki Beach. My family and I had a wonderful time, and we couldn't have asked for a better place to stay.

This was a charming home steps away from Alki beach! The host was very accommodating and even made sure we had everything we needed everyday! They gave us local food recommendations and clear and concise directions on how to utilize certain things in the house!!! Our family has the best time and we can’t wait to go back.

Excellent location

The house was very homey. Its in the perfect location if you plan to stay within the Seattle area. Parking was a little bit of tight squeeze but thankfully its right on the corner. We drove a F150 crewcab and was able to fit with hardly any room between vehicles. All the beds are comfortable, even the pull out soaf beds. This is a perfect location if you plan to visit the beach a lot too. The only negative was the cookware was a lil bit 'overused' however, i just bought a skillet and spatula and it got us through. The host was excellent with communication and friendly.
