The place is very nice to stay. It is very clean and convenient. You got a cute bedroom with bathroom, and you can spend time in the community space.
The building is well located, with the bus station right on the street that can brings you in a few minutes at the space needle or around the city.
On top of that, communication is perfect. Vince answered very quickly and nicely ro my questions.
A very good experience.
This was a great room with an excellent view of Seattle's skyline (beautiful at night). It had all the amenities needed and a comfortable bed. It was quiet at night.
The area was a bit out of the way but easy to get to via public transport and walkable to the Space Needle.
This was not advertised as a hostel like stay. Some of the photos are misleading thinking that you have more amenities that are only yours. We could hear upstairs people walking and if someoneâs was in the kitchen you would definitely know. There are hidden cleaning fees as security deposit that they ask of you after booking. Overall not bad but definitely not what we expected.
Would I stay here again? YES! Without hesitation! It's inexpensive, and does the job just like any name-brand hotel would. The only thing that you need to be aware of is there is at least one flight of stairs that you have to go up. Possibly two or three flights, depending on your room location. It's 3 floors. I loved that laundry and detergent were free and available. You share the kitchen with others, but that's no big deal. I was never with anyone else in the kitchen. It's not crowded. I ran into only 3 people and they were super-friendly. This is in a residential neighborhood, so there's no real parking available. Seattle is a hilly city, so if you're walking, be prepared. Every time that I contacted the owner, I had an immediate answer. All-in-all, very positive experience here.
I thought it was very nice that the property owners were tentative in checking in on me! Especially with it not being a âhotelâ necessarily, the open communication was very nice and the little write up about the area on the informational site they have was helpful and cute as well. The only issue I had was that there are two transit stops close by, and not being from Seattle I was a little surprised when I saw wild flights of stairs with my luggage. I only had a carry on but after a day of travel I wasnât anticipating a hike! Google maps certainly didnât elude to it either but overall the area was safe and very beautiful.
The place was clean, towels, sheets and linens were all good.
A Nespresso machine is in the room, but the closest plug required the device to be placed on the edge of the sink.
Loved it, easy to communicate, problems quickly resolved. Nice environment, and people stayed there were very nice too. Will come back again if available in the future.
