Hot and muggy.

Air conditioning was unacceptable. Would only maintain 67 degrees and muggy. No full-time fan available to cover hotel noise. Fan started at random times and ran for half a minute. One would think a $130 room could at least offer 25 cents worth of air conditioning? The energy related penny pinching is out of control at this hotel.
