Overall, I had a good experience staying at CitizenM. One comment about check-in is that it is an online process, so you don't have the benefit of being welcomed by a staff member who could answer questions about your stay, etc. A person is standing by to assist you and others who are checking in, but in my experience, they were pretty hands-off.

The hotel is cute and the staff is amazing. But.. we stayed 4 nights and we never had our room done. No fresh towels, nothing, not sure why. Our iPad wasn’t working and we told them several times, but we couldn’t use it. Beside that, hotel is great.

Excellent hotel. Rooms are small but pleasant. Great views. Late night service in the bar was poor the one night I went. Pioneer Square where the hotel is located is a problematic area of Seattle. Having said that you can walk to the stadiums, the market, the museum and the light rail, and waterfront.

Property and staff were great, our tv did not work during the entirety of our stay however after voicing that with the front staff and them letting us know it was a global internal issue they were working on with the iPads in the room and the tvs not connecting, they comped us breakfast for the next morning. Appreciated the extra touch. Location is pretty great and in walking distance to most things. Would recommended this location for stays in the future.

Experienced technical issues with check-in and throughout that day and evening. The room was small, but very comfortable and we enjoyed an incredible view of Puget Sound. Staff were very friendly and accommodating. Technical issues did affect electronics in room (i.e., television, remote shades, lighting), but issue was resolved by day 2.

The hotel was okay the room was the tiniest ive ever seen staff was top tier super nice and friendly The surrounding area quite dirty homless people on the next block giant rats scampering It was shocking but hotel was very clean I had a decent harbor view

I had a wonderful 3 night stay at CitizenM. The staff was super friendly and attentive. The breakfast bar was amazing! Fresh fruit, protein, eggs and a variety of bread. Great location! Walkable and scenic.

Needs more bar help

Our trip was great. We knew the room was small, but it was a new kind of small. Fortunately, it was summer and we were hardly in our room. My only complaint was we returned to the hotel after a concert at Lumen Field. There was not enough help to serve the number of people there. My husband sat up at the bar for 45 minutes before he got help. After he ordered, we waited for the nachos for an additional 45 minutes. They never did come, and we had to wait for a refund and just went to bed.
