This hotel is well managed, with a professional and welcoming staff. But the hotel itself is in serious need of updating. Our heating/cooling system was loud; the shower was an old and inconvenient design; there was no way to use the toilet without turning on a light (a nite light would suffice); the airport-facing windows were inadequately soundproofed; and the breakfast room was too crowded. Most concerning to us, however, was that only one of the elevators was working. We endured long waits and overcrowding—and worried about what we would do in an emergency. Although I love the convenience of this hotel, which is in easy walking distance of the airport terminals and is adjacent to a very nice restaurant, there are other competitive options nearby. I’m hoping for some remodeling, which would once again make it my go-to option near Sea-Tac.

Convenient and quick shuttle service, the bed is super comfy. They give you lots of cozy pillows! Steps away from Scharps‘s roast house amazing food! A bit pricey for a 12 to 15 hour stay but excellent establishment!

Soundproof rooms

We were greeted by a very friendly staff member and found all the staff very nice. We got a room on the top floor facing the airport and it was a treat to be so close to the gates and watch the planes come and go. The room was soundproof and that was nice.

Great hotel

Front desk is so professional and kind! Very informative and just made you feel at home. Everyone I interacted with was wonderful. Bed comfy as well as pillows. Buffet was good too. And we returned after our trip the day before our flight, and they were able to get us in a room right away. Grateful. Togo breakfast was offered to us since we had an early flight before the buffet opened, and it was really good too! . Great hotel.
