The worst check-in process I have ever experienced. The property manager gave me a call the night before my trip to confirm my arrival time. Although I told him I kept him update that my flight was going to be delayed.
He tells me there will be a late check-in fee. I texted him when I landed and ask if I had to call him. He said let me know when you are in the Uber, so I did. I have him my ETA. No response. I arrived to the property, and there was no response for about 10 minutes⊠so I started to panic. Thinking we would have to sleep somewhere else.
We were exhausted after a 6 hour delayed flight and standing in the cold⊠not a great welcome experience.
He later comes down no apology given, and walks up shows us around. I asked what was going on and why he didnât let us in. He states the property was not ready for us, although we were arriving late.
Besides that experience, the property does need some love. New paint, and needs the tiles of the bathroom floor to be fixed ( broken and loose).
Coffee machine dirty and not useable. Good thing there are many coffee shops in the area and walk no distance.
Good mid point and close to many things. That was a benefit for us.
