good location, service and breakfast were nice. I did make a complaint to front desk; the guests over my room had small children. there was pounding/running for at lease 2-3 hours. As i prepared to go to bed, it was still going on. Called front desk, explained and he indicated action would be taken. I don't believe anything was done or said. I had to find earplugs, create white noise with fan to be able to sleep. Finally slept after shear exhaustion. And, it started up again .. early the next morning. All guests pay and deserve a quiet, place to rest and enjoy.

I really loved the staff here, the gentleman that checked us in was so nice, but we mentioned that we were celebrating a bday and he actually remembered when he saw us again. The staff was really nice and that goes for the front desk, housekeeping, the people in the dining hall, everybody was so nice to all of us!

Location was accessible to highways and other shops/restaurants. Staff was nice, housekeeping was great and kept our room tidy every day of our stay. Breakfast buffet was a huge bonus, food was great and would recommend hyatt house to friends and family. Will definitely stay again.
