I was standing in line waiting to check in and the person helping the front desk, staff went to the man behind me and said that it was his turn next and I said excuse me, but I’m next and he said oh I assumed you were with this man and that it was his turn. Not sure why he wouldn’t have just asked me to go upfront, even if I was with that gentleman which I was not. The biggest issue is that their key system was not working and so I was issued a key and my room number was written on it and in hindsight, I realize that if I would’ve lost that key, someone would’ve had access to my room. The parking lot was very poorly explained. I was given a key card to enter and exit that never worked so I had to call for help every time. My daughter tried to call down to the front desk for some additional towels, and no one answered after three tries. One of my least favorite travel experiences and I won’t stay there again.
