Great front desk welcome - however agent announced my room number to others in the lobby. Was given a room where smoke alarm was chirping, next room was fine. Then at 10:30p, building wide alarm went off, I gathered up stuff and left the building, waited for the alarm went off after a while. There was no communication from the hotel at the time of alarm, or at checkout.

I’ve stayed here 5 times and will continue for a year or so. Affordable accommodation in relation to the size of the rooms. Sometimes there’s unnecessary noise from other guests but it’s a small complaint

I stayed here before 10 years ago and it was fine. But the hotel has aged considerably in that time: worn carpeting, odd aromas, ancient climate control units, etc. But staff is very friendly and helpful—although housekeeping never showed once my entire four-day stay, it didn't matter because I rarely need it—and WiFI is solid. If you're just looking for basic accommodations (as I was, near family) it's probably fine.

I have stayed many times at this property and I’ve noticed the last couple of times it has gone downhill. Aside from being familiar with this hotel, some of the reasons I have liked this property is convenience, ease of parking, staff courtesy, complementary breakfast, nice rooms and the fact that it has a laundromat in the hotel - I was very displeased my last visit. I had been on the road for almost a week and I needed to do laundry and they only had two of the washers working not only that one of the ones that was broken. If you open the top it smelled like mildew so clearly they were not getting that fixed. If they knew there was gonna be an issue they could’ve done something to organise or mitigate the line to get laundry done that night such as put up a signup sheet or something like that so people knew who is next the laundry room was dishevelled and dirty and frankly I only washed what I needed for the next couple days I was very disappointed And when I needed to take my luggage from my car in the Luggage cart was nowhere to be found & several hours later when I did find it one of the wheels was flat and so it made it really difficult to maneuver things around. If this hotel wants to stay in business, have repeat business as well as get referrals they really need to get their act together. Go back to the nice hotel that it was previously. for now I will probably stay somewhere else.

My fiance and I were both super excited to have a vacation, but it fell short. The pictures online were not consistent with the reality of the hotel. There were trash bags lining the halls, walls were paper thin, and you heard everything. During the night, the hotel smelled like dogs, cigarettes, and weed. It was so bad we ended up leaving a day early.

Clean properly and rooms. Area felt safe. The bed was extremely firm, which i didn't like. Mosr hotel rooms aren't as dark as I like. This hotel room had curtains that didn't hang correctly and let way too much light in. Breakfast was basic, but reasonable.

I loved the room i was in it slept 4 people and had a bedroom the bathroom was nice i like that the dispensers provided all the necessities soap shampoo conditioner and lotion there was also a kitchenette in my room and it was an affordable price
