Really nice property, clean, and stocked with the essentials. Location was great. Quiet area in Fremont, close to the zoo and parks for the kids, and close to lots of coffee and a few breweries for the adults. The host was extremely responsive and kind.

This home was the perfect home for our family of 4. It had lots of space and was so clean and comfortable! The rooftop deck is stunning. The location was perfect for our trip. Cute market and coffee shops around the corner were so nice each morning. Thanks for the wonderful stay!

The townhouse is just like the pics, Mamta is a gracious & very responsive host. The house has plenty of extra blankets and pillows, nice to have in rainy February. Lots of steps, so be prepared! You come in on the ground floor to the well equipped kitchen (& a bottle of wine!) and living room; second floor has 2 queen bedrooms and a bathroom (wish there was a powder room on the first floor); third floor is washer/dryer and king room with huge closet, which is great for unpacking during your stay, and ensuite bathroom. Nice large walkin shower, with rain showerhead plus a regular shower head. And then there's the roof deck, which we did get to use when the rain stopped. The view is fabulous, when it's clear you can see Ranier. The neighborhood has all different ages and friendly people. Marketime Foods is a great grocery store, easy walking distance, lots of fresh prepared foods when you don't want to cook on vacation. They also have wine and alcohol. Uneeda Burger and RockCreek seafood also good places to eat. Thank you for a lovely stay!

Our stay was PERFECT!

This home exceeded our expectations in every way! It is impeccably decorated, clean, modern, and yet very cozy. The rooftop patio offered AMAZING views. My family felt safe walking to restaurants in The Fremont area, even at night. We rented a minivan, and thankfully this home offers a parking spot in the driveway. Mamta responded thoroughly to all of our questions. I would definitely book here again!

Amazing location in Fremont!

You don't want to miss this contemporary gem located in bustling Fremont, not too far from the Giant Troll. But be warned: lots of steps up and down the 4 levels. It's worth it to see Mt. Rainier out your bedroom window and enjoy cocktails on the roof patio. We had a wonderful 4-night stay here with our grown children. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

Top tier property in great central location

The photos do not really do this place justice. Every aspect of this rental is top notch. The master bath was truly amazing and view from the rooftop deck were stunning. About a 15 ride from all major attractions. Charming neighborhood coffee shop and great bagel place within two bocks (not to mention Le Coin French restaurant around the corner)-Highly recommend!

Cozy stay with awesome view of the town

This place has been well maintained by the owners. It was very clean, cozy and was in close proximity to the town. The best part was the awesome view of the town from the top open terrace of the house. Guys, it’s really awesome. This house had almost all the amenities that we needed. However, we would like to suggest a couple of things to make it more comfortable. Perhaps a powder room on ground floor would have made it a lmore convenient stay. Also, some metal cookware would make it easier to deal with the cook top. Rest of our stay was very nice and yes, thank you so much for the bottle of wine. We really enjoyed our stay.

Stayed one night while in Seattle before boarding our cruise. The home is at most a 10 minute drive to downtown Seattle. Home is very nice, very clean, and beds were very comfortable.

Fantastic location and property

We had a wonderful stay with 3 generations of family ranging from 26 YRs to 87YRs all in town for a graduation. Host was responsive and checkin easy. My favorite VRBO in my favorite neighborhood

I can’t say enough about how much my family enjoyed staying here. The house is immaculate, incredibly well equipped with a fantastic view of the water, downtown Seattle and the Space Needle. It would seem that no expense has been spared setting this property up as a vacation rental. My family and I have rented VRBO properties all over the world and this is by far the nicest, cleanest, most well equipped property we’ve ever stayed in. It’s also located in Fremont, which is our favorite neighborhood in Seattle. It’s a couple hundred feet from Fremont Avenue. Where you’ll find some amazing restaurants. Do yourself a favor and visit Lupo and Rock Creek for some great food. This property also comes with parking. Don’t underestimate how important that is when you’re visiting Seattle. Parking can be incredibly difficult. Not here, there’s a spot for you right in the driveway. Last, but not least
 Mamta, (our host) was fantastic. Helpful, friendly, accommodating and responds very quickly. If you’ve stumbled across this property on VRBO, don’t hesitate

Sweet Seattle Stay

Super chic three story home. Very clean and modern. Easy keypad entry. Simple check out process too. Complementary bottle of wine and toiletries was a super nice perk as well. Neighborhood was phenom. We walked 2 mins and were on Fremont St with all the bars, restaurants and best little grocery store. Great walking around area.

Lovely home in a wonderful location

We really appreciated the ease of communication with the hosts and their care for our comfort, including the excellent welcome bottle of wine! This is a truly lovely, very modern home in a neighborhood with several excellent restaurants and a great supermarket within walking distance. The views from the third floor and roof are spectacular!

Perfect location for us!

Seatle did not disappoint and neither did this lovely home for our sibling/spouses vacation! Great main floor gathering and nice sleeping arrangements for 3 couples to all have their own space. We all enjoyed the rooftop and the views it offered! Short trip to downtown and a block from fantastic restaurants on Fremont St. A small recommendation would mirrors in the bedrooms. I would suggest this gem to anyone!

Awesome Rooftop

Stayed 3 nights prior to leaving for our Alaska cruise. Place was even more beautiful than the pictures. Lots of stair climbing kept us in shape!! Can’t beat the rooftop view!!
