Savannah is a assist to the hotel. We came in before check in, she called us when our room was ready, they held our luggage and took care of parking, so we could explore Seattle. They are adjacent to the monorail, walkable to other attractions. The spa tub was very comfortable for 2 people. All of the staff were great. The hotel is historic, but not outdated. The amenities are very good. The valets are great too. We will return. comfortable
