Wonderful home for families

We absolutely loved this home as we had our family stay here with us for a family wedding. Beautiful locations/grounds/well updated, huge wonderful kitchen to cook and great location as well. Would highly recommend to anyone!!

Amazing vacation rental

Great home for larger group. Game room for the kids was so nice! Easy drive into the city. Kitchen and dining room big enough to hang out in. Beautiful area!

Our stay in Lake Forest Park was completely and utterly wonderful. The house and location was perfect for our family group. The management team was spot on with recommendations and information. We didn't even use all the property had to offer...but next time.

Tranquil & Comfortable Home

This property is excellently situated on a quiet private road with a view overlooking Lake Washington. It is well-furnished, all the way down to ample kitchen equipment to accompany its great stove and outdoor barbecue. Book here and you'll have a trouble-free experience and a really great stay.

Fam reunion

We had a celebration of life for our grandma to go to in Seattle. This house was fantastic for the 8 of us. The pickle ball court was a big hit as was all the common spaces to just catch up since we traveled from all over the country.

Perfect to relax and enjoy outdoors in King County

We had an amazing time staying at this beautiful home in Lake Forest, Washington. The home is located in a quiet neighborhood, the house is spacious and well-appointed, with everything we needed for our stay. The kitchen is fully equipped, and the bedrooms are all comfortable for a large family. We would definitely recommend this home to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable vacation in Lake Forest, Washington.

Great spot

House is really cool, nice layout. 4 parents each with a soccer playing kiddo stayed here for the week and we had a blast. The location is fantastic - less than 20 minutes to everything and a really close shopping center for all the essentials. We cooked here for breakfast and dinner almost every day, smores in the fireplace in the evenings. The kids loved soccer tennis on the sports court.

College graduation at UW

This is a great place to stay as a family visiting for graduation. It is not too far from downtown seattle and UW but far enough out to feel like you have space and privacy. It was fun to use the pickleball court although iy probably needs a resurfacing. The lake and stores were all close and bbq one night all worked out. Great place to stay for family visit to seattle.

Fabulous Lake Forest Hideaway

We stayed for a week at this wonderful house and wished we could have stayed forever. The house is large, comfortable and very quiet. The kitchen is well-equipped for family meals, and with a grocery store a short walk or drive away, we opted to stay in more than go out for meals. The views, the fireplace and the treehouse feel of the upstairs primary bedroom made this a magical place. We will definitely be coming back!

Amazing, perfect house

What a fantastic experience! We were in town for a soccer tournament and highly recommend this house for your travel needs. The house was so spacious and had perfect outdoor patio to enjoy evenings. And as a bonus…pickle ball court. This house is so close to so many great restaurants, grocery, etc yet felt like you were in the woods to enjoy outdoor. Again, if you want a great house for your needs in Seattle then this is the place to book!

Ice Christmas Getaway

This house was wonderful, it had everything we needed, for our family. It was a beautiful hideaway in the trees with views of lake Washington, on a good day. We were here during the ice storm, the Host was amazing at messaging us about the conditions and to be very careful about the driveway in the ice. We even had some deer come visit us on Christmas day. This is an amazing house, can't say enough great things about it.

We loved the views and windows of this house. The grill was put to good use. We do wish there was better cookware, but we made do with what we had access to and what we picked up from the grocery store down the street. We didn't eat in the house much anyway. Beautiful house and really lovely trip.

10 star house!

Large, immaculate, new, has everything you will ever need and then some. Pickle ball, basketball made the stay special. Property management, thank you Karen Hunt, responded within 10 minutes when we couldn’t find the basketball. Oh, and a separate gameroom!

Wonderful property

Loved the property. It was well equipped and the remodel was beautiful. Loved the extra room behind the garage. I will say that the mattresses on the main floor bedroom need replacing. My wife and I found the bed to be V-shaped and hurt our back. The extra room behind the garage was great but it was musty. A dehumidifier would help a lot to keep the moisture out the air.

Beautiful property on a lake

My family really enjoyed this beautiful property. It was exceptionally clean, nicely decorated and had everything we needed and more. Large rooms, well-equipped kitchen, push button fireplace, separate rec room with foosball, and a separate office. Karen, the property manager, was extremely good about responding and following up. The only issue was the heating which was quickly resolved by the owner who stopped in right away to reset and warm up the home. We have no complaints, just positive comments. The info provided at arrival was thorough and very much appreciated. We liked the Wings over Washington show and Pike’s Place. Also The shops and food in Bainbridge. We want to return to Seattle someday!

Peaceful retreat

We were in town for a conference and had 3 generations in the home. It worked perfectly for our family. The management company was quick to answer any questions and address concerns. The house is newly renovated and beautiful inside and out. We even played pickle ball! The upstairs bedroom was hot the first night as I guess Seattle homes largely do not have air conditioning and it had been unusually hot , but that was addressed by opening up the windows and getting airflow through the home. We felt very safe and the property was so very peaceful. I highly recommmend!!

Great Stay in Seattle

We enjoyed our stay so much! This is a great home in a great location. We stayed here for a week and loved every minute. The house is beautifully renovated and decorated. The location is perfect. Close enough to everything. Easy drive to pikes place market, space needle, etc. as well as surrounding areas like Ballard and Kirkland. Beds were very comfortable, bathrooms were well appointed, lots of seating, and a great outdoor space. If we were to return to Seattle, we would definitely use this property again!
