Stayed for 4 nights and never received any room service. Requested twice but never received one. Had to deal with dirty toilet bowl, removing diapers and other trashes gathered from day to day use by myself and walk around piles of soiled towels everywhere in bathroom. Complained and demanded to speak to the manager on duty. Each time we were denied an opportunity to share our concern and employees refused to give their names. Finally emailed the manager who never responded back. Will be my last booking at any Marriot in future.

Waited 1h+ for shuttle and breakfast not good

Room is ok. Waited 1h+ at airport for the shuttle, was told later there was no shuttle between 2pm and 3. We called twice, was told each time the shuttle will come soon, never told us there was no shuttle, otherwise we would have called the uber. Also breakfast was awful.
