It was really clean, very quiet and peaceful. Wish the free breakfast was actually breakfast they had more of snacks than a breakfast. Pretty nice check in and check out process!

I'm grateful for availability at late hour checking in. Unfortunately about parking lot. At least staff was nice and pointed me where parking and it was last parking spot. I was worried because we are not handicapped, staff mentioned it's okay since they are no vacancy for rest of night. That's 5 star staff!

Not so good

My son and I booked reservations there because of the low price and breakfast included. It didn't mention that "breakfast" is a piece of fruit and packaged "pastries". I ended up buying frozen breakfast bowls at a local grocery store. The room was clean but crowded - there was a small table and two chairs wedged between the window and one of the beds. The bathroom was interesting. The toilet seat was old and had wear spots on it. The door was wider than the space between the door frame and the bathroom counter - so a cutout in the door at counter level was their solution. The door wouldn't stay open unless it was wedged in place with the luggage rack. There were two sinks. On the left was a faucet that proved only a tiny stream of water and no water pressure. On the right, the faucet worked but hot or cold it squeaked. The beds crunched when you lay on them. Street noise and footsteps in the room above ours kept me awake Friday night. Our clothes needed pressing but we had to get an iron and "board" from the office. The iron was broken and had wires hanging out. It was not an ideal place to stay.

Breakfast is not included. No lids for the coffee cups, no towel bars in the room, one beat-up lamp. It feels this hotel skimped on everything they could.
